CFG桩在公路软弱地基处理中的应用研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济的不断发展,公路建设面临的地质环境开始变得日益复杂,我国幅员辽阔,从西部的黄土高原到东部沿海的冲积平原,甚至大西北的沙漠盆地,软弱地基都有存在,特别是在东部沿海经济规模的扩大,在基建方面的投入不断增加的背景下,如何在软弱地基上建设公路成为近年来公路行业面对的常见问题,过量的沉降和不同结构间的沉降失稳是软弱地基上公路建设面对的主要问题。从房建行业引入的CFG桩法可以较好的处理这些问题,通过长时间的实践和理论研究,可以发现CFG桩对于流沙区和淤泥质区的软弱地基的固定加固效果非常明显,通过使用CFG桩对软弱地基的加固,,使得软弱地基的回弹模量达到基本的路用效果,保证了软弱地基地区的沉降小于路用标准的要求。本文基于此应用背景,分析了软弱地基上使用CFG桩的理论计算原理,CFG桩上褥垫层的设置原理和操作方法,CFG桩的设计方法,CFG桩施工工艺和质量控制,最后结合邢衡高速的施工实例,将静载实验的结果与理论计算进行了分析比对,对两者的准确性进行了修正比较。
[Abstract]:With the development of our country's economy, the geological environment of highway construction is becoming more and more complicated. Our country has a vast territory, from the loess plateau in the west to the alluvial plain in the east coast, and even the desert basin in the northwest of China. Weak foundation exists, especially in the east coast economic scale expansion, the investment in the infrastructure is increasing, how to build the highway on the soft foundation has become a common problem in the highway industry in recent years. Excessive settlement and unstable settlement between different structures are the main problems of highway construction on weak foundation. The CFG pile method introduced from the housing construction industry can deal with these problems well. Through a long time of practice and theoretical research, it can be found that CFG pile is very effective in fixing and strengthening the soft foundation in the quicksand area and silt area. By using CFG pile to reinforce the soft foundation, the elastic modulus of the soft foundation reaches the basic road effect, and the settlement in the soft foundation area is less than the requirement of the road standard. Based on this application background, this paper analyzes the theoretical calculation principle of CFG pile on soft foundation and the setting principle and operation method of cushion layer on CFG pile. The design method of CFG pile is discussed in this paper, and the construction technology and quality control of CFG pile are discussed. Finally, combining with the example of Xingheng high speed construction, the results of the static load experiment are analyzed and compared with the theoretical calculation, and the accuracy of the two experiments is revised and compared.
