桥梁监测中应变测试技术研究

【摘要】:我国的大跨径桥梁建设在近30余年来取得了巨大成就,其中桥梁施工监测起到了重要的技术支撑作用。总结工程经验可以发现,广泛使用的基于振弦式应变传感器的施工应变监测(应力监测)数据存在较大偏差,桥梁施工监测中的应变测试技术需要进一步开展研究。 本文在《公路桥梁施工监控技术规范》项目的资助下,依托主跨200米的桐梓河大桥的施工监控,针对两个箱梁截面,布置8个应变测点(1个测点失效后,,只有7个有效测点),同时采用振弦式应变传感器与光纤光栅式应变传感器,进行了实桥同条件下的施工过程应变监测。通过对应变监测数据的整理和分析,得到以下主要结论: ①试验共获得7个测点14条应力测试曲线,在进行应变漂移处理之前,测试结果显示应力测试曲线的走向与变化趋势与理论曲线一致,但偏差较大,箱梁顶板测点偏差分布在0~60%范围内,底板偏差更大。14条应力测试曲线中只有1条光纤光栅传感器测试曲线与理论值吻合较好。 ②经过应变漂移的处理,顶板三个光纤光栅传感器所测数据的偏差较多分布于10%~20%,部分测试值偏差大于30%;顶板三个振弦传感器所测数据的偏差主要分布在10%以内,偏差超过20%的测试值仅有1个。两种传感器中振弦传感器测试值绝对偏差分布范围与均值稍小。底板四个光纤光栅传感器所测数据与四个振弦传感器测试值的偏差均较大。 ③两种传感器的应变测试数据分析表明,振弦传感器与光纤光栅传感器在本桥施工监测的应变测试中,测试偏差总体上相当。
[Abstract]:The construction of long span bridges in China has made great achievements in the past 30 years, among which bridge construction monitoring plays an important role in technical support. Summing up engineering experience, it can be found that the widely used construction strain monitoring (stress monitoring) data based on vibrating string strain sensor have a large deviation, and the strain testing technology in bridge construction monitoring needs further research. In this paper, with the support of "Technical Specification for Highway and Bridge Construction Monitoring", and relying on the construction monitoring of Tongzi River Bridge with a main span of 200 meters, eight strain measuring points are arranged for two box girder sections. At the same time, the strain monitoring of the construction process under the same condition is carried out by using vibrating string strain sensor and fiber Bragg grating strain sensor. Based on the analysis of strain monitoring data, the main conclusions are as follows: 1. A total of 14 stress test curves were obtained from 7 measuring points. The test results show that the trend and trend of stress measurement curve are consistent with the theoretical curve, but the deviation is large, and the deviation of measuring point of box girder roof is in the range of 0 ~ 60%. There is only one fiber Bragg grating sensor test curve which is in good agreement with the theoretical value out of 14 stress test curves with a larger deviation of the bottom plate. 2 after the treatment of strain drift, The deviation of data measured by three fiber Bragg grating sensors is more than 10%, and the deviation of some of the measured values is more than 30%, while the deviation of the data measured by the three top vibrating string sensors is mainly within 10%, and only one of the measured values is more than 20%. The distribution range of absolute deviation of the measured values of vibrating string sensors is slightly smaller than that of the average values in the two kinds of sensors. The deviation between the measured data of four fiber Bragg grating sensors on the base plate and the measured values of the four vibrating string sensors is large. 3 the analysis of the strain test data of the two kinds of sensors shows that, In the strain test of the bridge construction monitoring, the testing deviation of vibrating string sensor and fiber grating sensor is the same as that of fiber grating sensor on the whole.
