城市道路声环境影响评价

【摘要】:近年来,随着我国国民经济的飞速发展及人民生活水平的提高,由城市交通发展引起的生态环境问题日益突出,城市道路环境影响评价工作显得尤其重要,而声环境影响评价是其重要内容之一。通过对城市道路建设项目的声环境影响预测,能了解项目建成运营后所产生的噪声对沿线敏感点所产生的影响,并根据预测结果提出有效噪声防治措施以减少项目所带来的噪声影响。我国于2009年由环保部颁布了《环境影响评价技术导则声环境》(HJ2.4-2009),对环境影响评价工作中的声环境影响评价提出了新的更高的要求,并提出了道路交通噪声预测基本模式。 本论文研究的对象为城市道路中的隧道,,城市道路声环境影响评价是一项复杂的工作,而交通噪声预测是城市道路声环境影响评价的重要内容,本文在《环境影响评价技术导则声环境》(HJ2.4-2009)中所介绍的针对公路(道路)交通运输噪声预测基本模式的基础上建立适用于城市隧道项目的噪声预测模型,深入研究隧道声环境影响评价的方法,并以南京市梅子洲过江通道连线—青奥轴线地下交通系统建设工程声环境影响评价实例研究,将模型的预测结果与通过专家评审的评价结果进行对比,并作误差分析,为城市道路特别是隧道工程声环境影响评价工作提供了指导和借鉴。最后,有针对性地提出了降低城市隧道交通噪声的方法。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of our national economy and the improvement of people's living standards, the ecological environmental problems caused by the development of urban traffic are becoming increasingly prominent, and the environmental impact assessment of urban roads is particularly important. Acoustic environmental impact assessment is one of its important contents. By predicting the acoustic environmental impact of urban road construction projects, we can understand the impact of noise on sensitive points along the road after the completion and operation of the project. According to the prediction results, the effective noise prevention measures are proposed to reduce the noise impact caused by the project. In 2009, the Environmental impact Assessment (EIA) Technical Guide was promulgated by the Ministry of Environmental Protection in China. HJ2.4-2009, which puts forward new and higher requirements for acousto-environmental impact assessment in environmental impact assessment, and puts forward the basic model of road traffic noise prediction. The research object of this paper is the tunnel in the urban road. The assessment of the acoustic environmental impact of the urban road is a complicated task, and the traffic noise prediction is the important content of the urban road acoustic environmental impact assessment. In this paper, a noise prediction model for urban tunnel projects is established on the basis of the basic model of road (road) traffic and transportation noise prediction, which is introduced in the Technical Guide for Environmental impact Assessment (EIA) sound environment (HJ2.4-2009). The method of tunnel acoustic environmental impact assessment is studied in depth, and a case study of acoustic environmental impact assessment of underground traffic system construction project of Qingao axis in Meizizhou River crossing channel in Nanjing is carried out. The prediction results of the model are compared with the results of expert evaluation, and the error analysis is made, which provides guidance and reference for the assessment of acoustic environmental impact of urban roads, especially tunnels. Finally, the method of reducing traffic noise in urban tunnel is put forward.
