新建高速公路预留预控关键技术研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济社会的快速发展,早期兴建的四车道高速公路大多已无法满足交通需求。高速公路的改扩建,提高通行能力,符合经济和交通发展的客观要求。高速公路改扩建将成为我国公路建设一种重要形式。针对我国已完成的重要高速公路改扩建项目研究,结果发现,这些改扩建工程存在共同性的难点。 我国高速公路改扩建存在的共同性难点包括:征地拆迁困难、互通式立交改扩建困难、桥涵等构造物改扩建困难等。总结这些难点产生的原因分别是:交通量增长估计不足、经济因素和高速公路新建期没有针对性的进行预留预控。 论文针对于远期预改扩建的高速公路,在新建期采取针对性的预留预控措施,,降低高速公路改扩建难度和资金投入。论文提出征地预留、高速公路多车道预留、互通式立交预留和桥涵构造物等预留措施。 对于新建高速公路预留预控关键技术措施,从经济效益方面验证其合理性,验证新建高速公路项目是否采取预留预控技术。 论文通过征地预留、车道预留、互通式立交预留等关键技术,并研究技术的可行性和适用条件。为新建高速公路设计提供一条新思路。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and society in our country, most of the early four-lane expressway can not meet the traffic demand. The reconstruction and extension of expressway and the improvement of traffic capacity meet the objective requirements of economic and traffic development. Highway reconstruction and extension will become an important form of highway construction in China. According to the research on the important highway reconstruction and extension projects in China, it is found that there are some common difficulties in these reconstruction and extension projects. The common difficulties of highway reconstruction and extension in China include the difficulty of land acquisition and demolition, the difficulty of interchange reconstruction and extension, the difficulty of structural reconstruction and extension of bridges and culverts, etc. The reasons for these difficulties are that the traffic growth is not estimated enough, the economic factors and the expressway construction period are not reserved for pre-control. Aiming at the long term ahead rebuilding and extension of expressway, the paper takes some special measures to reduce the difficulty and investment of highway reconstruction and extension. In this paper, land requisition reservation, freeway multi-lane reservation, interchange reservation and bridge and culvert structure reservation are proposed. For the key technical measures of reserve pre-control of newly built expressway, the rationality of it is verified from the aspect of economic benefit, and whether the reserved pre-control technology is adopted in the new expressway project is verified. This paper studies the feasibility and applicable conditions of land requisition reservation, lane reservation, interchange reservation and so on. It provides a new idea for the new highway design.
