东北村镇主干路交通噪声与村镇规划布局间影响研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济的飞速发展,村镇建设成为日益重要的话题,当今村镇居民在满足其基本生活要求的同时对环境的要求也日益提高。村镇中一个户外活动空间声环境的好坏对村镇居民生活、工作和学习有着很大的影响。而飞速发展的经济使村镇道路建设加快,道路交通量加大,这些都使村镇噪声加大。在对东北村镇进行走访调研时了解到,村镇居民受影响最大的噪声为村镇主干路交通噪声。所以对东北村镇主干路交通噪声与村镇规划布局间相互影响的研究对改善东北村镇整体声环境有很大的意义。为了研究东北地区村镇主干路交通噪声与村镇规划布局间影响关系,本文从东北村镇规划布局类型方面开始研究,通过查阅文献和调研整理总结出了有助于本文研究的村镇规划布局因素有村镇用地形态比例、村镇建筑布局形式、村镇主干路等级和村镇主干路布局形式。通过抽样统计的方法总结分析了东北地区村镇规划布局特点,并提出不同规划布局类型村镇的简化模型。通过对东北13个典型村镇的实地调研,从主观和客观两个层面了解村镇主干路交通噪声现状及其影响情况。客观测试发现主干路交通量、交通构成和车速都是影响其交通噪声的主要因素,而村镇主干路交通量、交通构成和车速都与村镇特有的经济结构、生活习惯和规划结构有很大的关系。问卷调研发现不同主干路等级村镇和不同用地形态村镇的居民对交通噪声评价有所不同,而且主干路交通噪声平均声压级过高或过低的村镇,居民均会对交通噪声较为反感,最后结合现有噪声评价标准提出适合村镇交通噪声的初步评价标准。使用Cadna/A软件对东北村镇布局的简化模型进行模拟,并通过总结的村镇交通噪声评价方法对其进行分析,并针对现状中实际的规划建设问题从规划布局和建筑布局两个层面分别提出设计策略。旨在为改善东北村镇整体声环境提出规划层面理论支持和建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's economy, the construction of villages and towns has become an increasingly important topic. The sound environment of an outdoor space in a village has a great influence on the life, work and study of the villagers. The rapid development of the economy accelerates the road construction and road traffic volume, which makes the noise increase. It is found that the most affected noise is the traffic noise of the main road in the villages and towns in Northeast China. So the study on the interaction between the traffic noise of the main road and the layout of villages and towns in Northeast China is of great significance to improve the overall sound environment of the villages and towns in Northeast China. In order to study the relationship between the traffic noise of the main road and the layout of the town planning in Northeast China, this paper starts with the study of the layout type of the rural planning in Northeast China. Through consulting the literature and researching and summarizing the factors of the layout of village and town planning are the proportion of the land used in the village and town the form of the architectural layout the grade of the main road and the layout of the main road of the town. This paper summarizes and analyzes the layout characteristics of villages and towns in Northeast China by sampling statistics, and puts forward simplified models of different layout types of villages and towns. Based on the field investigation of 13 typical villages and towns in Northeast China, the traffic noise status and its influence on the main roads in villages and towns are understood from the subjective and objective aspects. The objective test found that the traffic volume, the traffic composition and the speed of the main road are the main factors affecting the traffic noise, while the traffic volume, the traffic composition and the speed of the main road in the villages and towns are all related to the unique economic structure of the villages and towns. The habits of life have a great relationship with the planning structure. The questionnaire survey found that the residents of villages and towns with different grade of trunk roads and different forms of land had different evaluation of traffic noise, and the residents of villages and towns with too high or too low average sound pressure of traffic noise on the trunk roads would be more averse to traffic noise. Finally, combined with the existing noise evaluation criteria, a preliminary evaluation standard suitable for village and town traffic noise is put forward. The simplified model of village layout in Northeast China is simulated by Cadna-A software, and the evaluation method of traffic noise in villages and towns is analyzed. In view of the actual planning and construction problems in the present situation, the design strategies are put forward from the two aspects of planning layout and building layout respectively. The purpose of this paper is to provide theoretical support and suggestions for improving the overall sound environment of villages and towns in Northeast China.
