高速公路煤矸石路堤现场试验与涵洞病害防治措施

【摘要】:摘要:我国是世界第一产煤大国,每年都有大量成品煤的生产。煤矸石即是在产煤过程中遗留的固体废弃物,它具有排放量大、占地多、污染环境等特点,严重影响产煤地区人们的生活和身体健康。国内外学者对煤矸石进行长期的研究后发现将煤矸石作为路堤填料,即能够解决山区路段缺土填筑路堤的问题,又能改善当地生态环境,并且还具有一定的经济效益。 论文以安邵高速公路煤矸石路堤实体工程为依托,以湖南娄底地区的煤矸石为研究对象,在查阅了一定量的国内外文献资料的基础上,对煤矸石的材料特性、现场路堤试验、包边煤矸石路堤稳定性、煤矸石路基下涵洞病害和煤矸石施工技术展开了相关研究。主要研究内容和结论如下: 1.对煤矸石的属性进行定位,从颗粒级配和塑性指标划分了煤矸石的分类,分析了其物理和化学特性,还重点分析了煤矸石的力学特性,为后期现场试验做指导。 2.通过煤矸石路堤现场试验,对煤矸石路堤的沉降、侧向位移、垂直向土压力、水平向土压力和路堤挡墙侧位移进行观测,分析试验结果后确定了在安邵高速填筑煤矸石路堤的可行性。 3.对比安邵高速煤矸石路堤TJ2标K127+700(有包边),K127+720(无包边)两剖面的土压力和变形试验结果,结合包边煤矸石路堤稳定性计算方法和FLAC3D模拟结果对比,得出填筑高度和包边与否对煤矸石路堤稳定性影响曲线。 4.分析溆怀高速公路K124+760处煤矸石路基下涵洞病害实例,探究煤矸石作为路堤填料的不足,提出了煤矸石路堤施工技术的相关防治措施。
[Abstract]:Abstract: China is the world's largest coal-producing country, there are a large number of finished coal production every year. Coal gangue is a kind of solid waste which is left over in the process of coal production. It has the characteristics of large emission, large land occupation and pollution of environment, which seriously affects the life and health of people in coal-producing areas. After long-term research on coal gangue at home and abroad, it is found that using gangue as embankment filler can solve the problem of filling embankment without soil in mountain sections, improve the local ecological environment, and also have certain economic benefits. Based on the solid engineering of coal gangue embankment of An-Shao Expressway, and taking the gangue in Loudi area of Hunan Province as the research object, on the basis of consulting a certain amount of literature at home and abroad, the material characteristics of coal gangue and the field embankment test are studied. The stability of coal gangue embankment, culvert disease under coal gangue roadbed and construction technology of coal gangue are studied. The main contents and conclusions are as follows: 1. In this paper, the attribute of coal gangue is orientated, the classification of coal gangue is divided from particle gradation and plastic index, the physical and chemical characteristics of coal gangue are analyzed, and the mechanical properties of coal gangue are analyzed emphatically, which can be used as guidance for later field test. 2. The settlement, lateral displacement, vertical earth pressure, horizontal earth pressure and lateral displacement of coal gangue embankment were observed by field test of coal gangue embankment. The feasibility of filling coal gangue embankment at Anshao high speed is determined by analyzing the test results. Comparing the test results of earth pressure and deformation of TJ2 standard K127700 (with envelope) and K127720 (without embankment) of An-Shao high speed gangue embankment, combining with the calculation method of stability of coal gangue embankment and the result of FLAC3D simulation, The influence curve of filling height and embankment on the stability of coal gangue embankment is obtained. 4. This paper analyzes the examples of culvert diseases in K124760 coal gangue subgrade of Yuhuai Expressway, probes into the shortage of coal gangue as embankment filler, and puts forward the relevant prevention measures of construction technology of coal gangue embankment.
