高速公路交通诱导系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:几十年来,中国经济的持续快速发展创造了世界发展的一个奇迹。经济的发展必然会带来人员和物品的流动,产生了大量的道路运输需求。高速公路作为道路运输的一个十分重要的手段和方式,势必也面对着越来越严峻的考验。为了避免出现交通拥堵、交通混乱现象,有效的交通诱导就显得十分必要。作为高速公路交通诱导方法中最有效最直接的组成部分,高速公路交通诱导信息发布系统在全国已经获得越来越多的应用。该系统将交通信息通过交通诱导标志等方式进行发布,可以有效的降低由于交通事故造成的道路拥挤堵塞现象的发生,大大提高了高速公路利用效率。本文针对山东高速股份有限公司所辖路段,进行了以交通诱导标志发布为主要诱导方式的交通诱导系统的设计开发,使之能够满足对山东高速股份有限公司所管理路段交通诱导系统的统一控制。所开发的高速公路交通诱导系统主要是基于GIS,采用先进的远程数据采集技术、图像处理技术、网络技术、控制技术等构建高速公交通诱导系统,满足高速公路多级监控和管理的需求。文中设计的高速公路交通诱导系统已经在山东高速股份各级信息中心进行试用,负责着济青高速、京台高速、潍莱高速等高速的交通诱导情报板设备的监控管理工作。该系统可实时发布交通诱导信息到高速公路现场,有效地减少了盲目性对高速公路路网产生的交通压力,降低了交通拥堵现象发生的概率,促使了交通总量在全部高速公路路网中的相对性负载平衡。
[Abstract]:Over the past decades, China's sustained and rapid economic development has created a miracle of world development. The development of economy will inevitably bring about the movement of people and goods, and produce a large amount of road transportation demand. Expressway as a very important means and means of road transportation, is bound to face a more and more severe test. In order to avoid traffic jams and traffic chaos, effective traffic guidance is very necessary. As the most effective and direct component of freeway traffic guidance methods, expressway traffic guidance information publishing system has been applied more and more in China. The system can release traffic information through traffic guidance signs and so on, which can effectively reduce the traffic congestion caused by traffic accidents, and greatly improve the efficiency of expressway utilization. In this paper, the traffic guidance system is designed and developed for the road section under the jurisdiction of Shandong Expressway Co., Ltd., in which traffic guidance signs are issued as the main guidance mode. It can satisfy the unified control of the road section traffic guidance system managed by Shandong Expressway Co., Ltd. The developed expressway traffic guidance system is mainly based on GIS. it uses advanced remote data acquisition technology, image processing technology, network technology, control technology and so on to construct the high-speed transit guidance system. To meet the needs of highway multi-level monitoring and management. The expressway traffic guidance system designed in this paper has been tried out in Shandong Expressway Information Center at all levels, which is responsible for the monitoring and management of high-speed traffic guidance information board equipment such as Jiqing Expressway, Jingtai Expressway, Weilai Expressway and so on. The system can release the traffic guidance information to the freeway scene in real time, effectively reduce the traffic pressure caused by blindness to the highway network, and reduce the probability of traffic congestion. It promotes the relativistic load balance of the total traffic volume in the whole highway network.
