斜拉桥拉索损伤状态的有限元模拟与模型试验研究

【摘要】:斜拉索是斜拉桥关键构件,承受桥梁全部荷载。斜拉索的工作状态直接关系到整个斜拉桥的健康状态,所以拉索损伤状态的研究对于斜拉桥安全运营具有重要的实际工程意义。本文以广东九江大桥为工程背景,建立了该桥的缩尺试验模型和相应的ANSYS有限元模型,采用灰色关联分析理论,对拉索损伤状态进行了分析和试验研究。论文主要研究内容如下: (1)在综合国内外文献基础上,介绍了斜拉桥结构损伤评估与斜拉索损伤评估研究现状。 (2)建立了广东九江大桥缩尺模型的ANSYS模型,结合试验验证了有限元模型,在此基础上分析了单根及两根拉索断开后拉索的受力状态。 (3)基于有限元模拟数据,采用灰色关联分析理论,获得了拉索断开后索力的关联度。通过合理确定关联度阀值,建立了拉索状态评估的索力关联影响矩阵。 (4)制作了缩尺模型,在每根拉索安装了拉力传感器,开展了单根及两根拉索断开的模拟试验。对有限元分析和试验结果进行了对比研究,验证了基于索力关联矩阵进行拉索状态评估的可行性。
[Abstract]:The cable is the key component of the cable-stayed bridge and bears all the loads of the bridge. The working state of the cable is directly related to the health state of the whole cable-stayed bridge, so the study of the cable damage state is of great practical significance for the safe operation of the cable-stayed bridge. Based on the engineering background of Jiujiang Bridge in Guangdong Province, the paper establishes the scale test model of the bridge and the corresponding finite element model of ANSYS. The damage state of cable is analyzed and tested by using the theory of grey correlation analysis. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) on the basis of synthesizing domestic and foreign literature, the present situation of damage assessment and cable damage assessment of cable-stayed bridges is introduced. (2) ANSYS model of scale model of Jiujiang Bridge in Guangdong Province is established. The finite element model is verified by experiments, and the stress state of single cable and two cables after disconnection is analyzed. (3) based on finite element simulation data, grey relational analysis theory is used. The correlation degree of cable force after cable disconnection is obtained. By reasonably determining the threshold value of correlation degree, a cable force correlation influence matrix is established. (4) A scale model is made, a tension sensor is installed in each cable, and a simulation test of single cable and two cables disconnection is carried out. The finite element analysis and experimental results are compared to verify the feasibility of cable state evaluation based on cable force correlation matrix.
