基于出口箱随机到达码头的车船直取装船作业优化

【摘要】:基于出口箱随机到达码头的集港模式,针对后续送达的出口箱提出车船直取的装船序列优化模型.在后续送达的出口箱的到港时间与装船时间相近情况下,权衡外集卡进入码头堆场的装卸与运送成本和车船直取产生的等待成本,以车船直取比例最大为目标,对出口箱的装船序列进行优化.为进行数值试验,设计启发式求解算法,并基于锦州港的出口箱随机集港的实际观测数据进行求解计算.结果表明,针对后续送达码头的出口箱实施车船直取装船作业可以有效减少出口箱在码头堆场的费用,提高码头整体的作业效率.
[Abstract]:Based on the port collecting mode of random arrival of export boxes, an optimal loading sequence model for the subsequent delivery of export boxes is proposed. Under the condition that the arrival time of the export box for subsequent service is close to the loading time, the loading and unloading cost of the external collecting card entering the terminal yard and the waiting cost caused by the vehicle and ship direct collection are weighed, and the maximum proportion of the vehicle and ship direct extraction is the goal. The loading sequence of export box is optimized. In order to carry on the numerical experiment, the heuristic algorithm is designed, and based on the actual observation data of the exit box of Jinzhou Port, the calculation is carried out. The results show that the direct loading and unloading of vehicle and ship can effectively reduce the cost of the export box in the terminal yard and improve the working efficiency of the whole wharf.
