【摘要】:随着我国经济的快速发展,综合交通运输系统已经走过了基础设施建设快速发展和不断完善的过程,综合交通运输体系中各种运输方式已初具规模,,形成了各种运输方式协同发展的态势。然而,从综合运输网络设施完善性,技术和设备先进性,生产效率高效性,各种运输方式发展协调协调性等方面来看,我国距现代化综合运输体系建成尚有差距。故目前我国正处于综合运输结构优化和转型的关键时期,其是构建可持续发展社会的关键。国内外经验表明,综合运输结构优化具有相当的复杂性和不确定性,而现有理论并不完备。因此,本文对通道的综合运输结构的调整及优化进行研究,力求找出一种综合运输结构优化的新方法。 本文从全面性和可操作性出发,应用综合运输规划和非集计理论,对综合运输通道结构优化理论与方法进行了深入研究,主要有以下几个部分: 首先,本文分析综合运输通道结构优化理论。通过对综合运输的概念的演变及运输结构的分析,明确综合运输结构优化的概念,深入分析了综合运输的技术经济特点和发展趋势,并基于国家政策的影响分析,经济社会的发展水平,自然条件和科技水平,对综合运输结构的调整和优化进行分析,为综合运输通道结构预测和优化研究的提供理论基础。 然后,本文研究了综合运输通道结构预测方法。其包括通道吸引范围的界定,以及交通路线选择行为的分析,结合非集计理论并运用统计数据,确定综合运输通道的路径预测模型,为综合运输通道结构优化的提供数据支撑。 此外,本文研究了综合运输通道结构优化的方法。通过分析通道综合运输特性,确定了优化思路,为通道综合运输结构优化方法的建立提供指导,在此基础上构建综合运输通道结构优化模型,实现对运输通道合理运输结构的定量计算。 最后,本文以沪杭通道为例,对本文结构优化方法进行实例分析,验证了本文方法的科学性与适用性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the integrated transportation system has gone through the process of rapid development and continuous improvement of infrastructure construction, and various transportation modes in the integrated transportation system have begun to take shape. Has formed each kind of transportation way coordinated development situation. However, from the aspects of comprehensive transportation network facilities perfection, advanced technology and equipment, high efficiency of production and coordination of development of various transportation modes, there is still a gap between China and the construction of modern integrated transportation system. Therefore, our country is in the key period of comprehensive transportation structure optimization and transformation, which is the key to the construction of sustainable development society. Experience at home and abroad shows that the optimization of integrated transport structure has considerable complexity and uncertainty, but the existing theory is not complete. Therefore, this paper studies the adjustment and optimization of the integrated transportation structure of the passage, and tries to find out a new method for the optimization of the integrated transportation structure. In this paper, from the viewpoint of comprehensiveness and maneuverability, applying the theory of integrated transport planning and disaggregation, the theory and method of structural optimization of integrated transportation corridor are studied. The main parts are as follows: first, This paper analyzes the theory of structural optimization of integrated transportation channels. Through the analysis of the evolution of the concept of integrated transport and the analysis of transport structure, the concept of optimization of integrated transport structure is clarified, and the technical and economic characteristics and development trend of integrated transport are analyzed in depth, and based on the analysis of the influence of national policies, The level of economic and social development, natural conditions and the level of science and technology, this paper analyzes the adjustment and optimization of the integrated transport structure, which provides a theoretical basis for the prediction and optimization of the structure of the integrated transportation channel. Then, this paper studies the integrated transportation channel structure prediction method. It includes the definition of channel attraction range and the analysis of traffic route selection behavior. Combining with disaggregate theory and statistical data, the path prediction model of integrated transportation channel is determined, which provides data support for the optimization of integrated transportation channel structure. In addition, this paper studies the optimization method of integrated transportation channel structure. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the integrated transportation channel, the optimization idea is determined, which provides the guidance for the establishment of the optimization method of the integrated transportation structure of the channel. On the basis of this, the optimization model of the integrated transportation corridor structure is constructed. The quantitative calculation of the reasonable transportation structure of the transportation channel is realized. Finally, taking the Shanghai-Hangzhou passageway as an example, an example analysis of the structural optimization method in this paper is carried out, which verifies the scientific nature and applicability of this method.
