重庆主城区CBD机械式立体停车库的应用研究

【摘要】:随着重庆市经济的高速发展和人民生活水平的提高,重庆市的机动车拥有量急剧大量增加,尤其是小汽车的迅猛增加,导致在当前重庆市停车问题日益严重。特别是在城市的中心区域,土地利用率高,停车泊位供需不平衡。造成在重庆CBD内停车困难,,乱停乱放,停车秩序混乱,这给重庆CBD内交通带来极大的阻碍。 文章首先介绍城市CBD相应的概念、特点及界定CBD的范围。根据CBD的特点来分析城市CBD内存在的停车特性:包括CBD内停车设施的分类,停车设施的供给特性、使用特性及管理特性。 其次,从重庆各大CBD停车难的问题入手,通过查询资料、实地调查及询问调查等方法来调查重庆各大CBD内停车现状:包括CBD内停车供需状况,停车库使用情况及停车管理情况。然后对调查结果进行统计分析,统计CBD内停车泊位总数,通过计算停车泊位周转率、高峰时段停车数量及高峰时刻停放指数来分析停车设施使用特性。比较分析CBD内几个不同类型的停车库在平时和周末两个时期的停车时间特性及通过CBD内停车目的、停车难易情况、停车收费情况来分析停车行为特征。总结出重庆CBD停车存在的问题并分析了产生问题的原因。 最后借鉴国内外关于城市中心区停车的经验,提出了解决重庆CBD停车问题的有效办法即大力发展机械式立体停车库。由于机械式立体停车库有着占地少、停车泊位多、操作安全等优点引起各方面的注意,并且能够很好的应用在我国各大城市。通过分析国内外常用的机械车库设备的特点及其应用范围以及根据重庆主城区CBD内停车库情况提出把CBD内地下车库改造成升降横移类、平面移动类机械式立体停车库。通过对这两种机械车库和平面自走式停车进行分析比较,得出这两种机械式立体车库在泊位占地、单个车位的经济及人身和车辆安全性的优势。使得重庆CBD内停车不再困难,有效的解决我国在城市中心区内遇到的停车难的问题。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Chongqing's economy and the improvement of people's living standards, the number of motor vehicles in Chongqing has increased dramatically, especially the rapid increase of cars, which has led to the increasingly serious parking problem in Chongqing. Especially in the central area of the city, the land utilization ratio is high, the parking berth supply and demand is unbalanced. In Chongqing CBD, parking difficulties, random parking disorder, which brings great obstacles to the traffic in Chongqing CBD. This paper first introduces the concept, characteristics and scope of urban CBD. According to the characteristics of CBD, this paper analyzes the parking characteristics in CBD, including the classification of parking facilities in CBD, the supply characteristics of parking facilities, the characteristics of use and management. Secondly, starting with the difficult parking problem of Chongqing CBD, the paper investigates the parking situation in Chongqing CBD by means of inquiry data, field investigation and inquiry investigation, including the parking supply and demand situation, parking garage usage and parking management situation in CBD. Then the statistical analysis of the survey results, statistics of the total number of parking spaces in CBD, through the calculation of parking berth turnover, peak parking number and peak parking index to analyze the characteristics of parking facilities. The characteristics of parking behavior of several different types of garages in CBD are analyzed by comparing and analyzing the parking time characteristics in normal and weekend periods, the parking purposes, the parking difficulties and the parking fees in CBD. Summarizes the existing problems of Chongqing CBD parking and analyzes the causes of the problems. At last, drawing on the domestic and foreign experience of parking in the central district, the paper puts forward an effective method to solve the parking problem of Chongqing CBD, that is, to develop the mechanical three-dimensional parking depot. Due to the advantages of the mechanical three-dimensional parking garage, such as less occupation, more parking berths, safe operation and so on, it has attracted the attention of all aspects, and can be well applied in the major cities of our country. Based on the analysis of the characteristics and application scope of the mechanical garage equipment commonly used at home and abroad, and according to the situation of the parking garage in the CBD of Chongqing main urban area, it is proposed that the underground garage in the CBD should be transformed into a mechanical three-dimensional parking garage of the type of elevating and traversing and the mechanical type of plane moving. Through the analysis and comparison of the two mechanical garages and the plane self-walking parking, the advantages of the two mechanical stereoscopic garages in occupying the parking space, the economy of a single parking space and the personal and vehicle safety are obtained. Chongqing CBD parking is no longer difficult, effectively solve the problem of parking difficulties encountered in the urban center of our country.
