BRA改性沥青混合料应用技术研究

【摘要】:印度尼西亚布敦岩沥青(BRA)以其优良的路用性能及简便的施工工艺得到越来越多的关注,但由于我国现行路面规范中缺少相关的应用技术规定,从而在—定程度上制约了BRA的推广应用。为此,本文依托湖南省凤大高速公路BRA改性沥青路面试验段工程,开展BRA改性沥青混合料应用技术的研究。1)根据依托工程实际,提出了试验段沥青路面中、上面层采用BRA改性沥青混合料的设计方案。为此,参考已有的成功经验,对0%~5%之间的5种BRA掺量的上面层BAC-13C与中面层BAC-20C分别进行了目标配合比设计。结果显示,BRA改性沥青混合料的最佳油石比与BRA掺量之间具有很好的线性关系,随着BRA掺量的增加,基质沥青的最佳油石比逐渐减小,且矿粉的掺量也逐步减少,表明BRA可有效替代部分基质沥青和矿粉。2)对各BRA掺量下BRA改性沥青混合料的目标配合比分别进行了路用性能检验,并与普通沥青混合料的路用性能进行了对比。结果表明,掺加BRA后,沥青混合料的高温稳定性和水稳定性能都得到了明显改善,但低温性能有所下降,由此确定BRA的两种适宜掺量为3%和4%。3)根据目标配合比设计结果,对两种BRA适宜掺量下的BAC-13C和BAC-20C分别进行了生产配合比设计与路用性能验证,并与主线SBS改性沥青混合料进行对比,试验所得结果均满足规范要求,且BRA改性沥青混合料高温稳定性以及水稳定性明显优于SBS改性沥青混合料,但低温性能逊于后者。根据试验结果和相关资料,提出了BRA改性沥青路面施工关键工艺和质量控制方法。同时,对试验段施工进行了严格控制,并进行了现场钻芯取样、室内试样检测、构造深度和渗水试验及现场观测。结果表明,施工过程中拌和楼油石比以及混合料均匀性控制较好,现场施工过程组织良好,混合料的压实效果优良。4)通过对比分析BRA与SBS两种改性剂的材料成本、生产附加成本、养护维修成本及社会效益可知,BRA具有更优的经济性及广阔的应用前景。综上所述,本文所提出的BRA改性沥青混合料应用技术合理可行,可为BRA改性沥青混合料的进一步推广应用提供参考。
[Abstract]:Indonesia Budun Rock Asphalt (bra) has attracted more and more attention for its excellent road performance and simple construction technology. However, due to the lack of relevant application technical regulations in the current pavement codes of our country, Therefore, the extension and application of bra are restricted to a certain extent. In this paper, based on the experimental section project of BRA modified asphalt pavement of Fengda Expressway in Hunan Province, the application technology of BRA modified asphalt mixture is studied. 1) according to the actual conditions of the supporting project, the paper puts forward the asphalt pavement of the test section. The design scheme of BRA modified asphalt mixture is used in the upper layer. According to the successful experience, the target mix ratio design of 5 kinds of BRA content BAC-13C and BAC-20C was carried out respectively. The results show that there is a good linear relationship between the optimum ratio of bitumen and the content of bra in modified asphalt mixture. With the increase of content of bra, the optimum ratio of bitumen to matrix asphalt decreases gradually, and the content of mineral powder decreases gradually. The results show that bra can replace some matrix asphalt and mineral powder effectively.) the road performance of BRA modified asphalt mixture with different content of bra is tested and compared with that of common asphalt mixture. The results show that the high temperature stability and water stability of asphalt mixture are improved obviously after adding bra, but the low temperature performance is decreased. Therefore, it is determined that the two suitable contents of bra are 3% and 4.3) according to the design results of target mix ratio, BAC-13C and BAC-20C with suitable content of bra were designed for production and road performance verified, and compared with the main line SBS modified asphalt mixture. The results met the requirements of specifications. The BRA modified asphalt mixture is superior to SBS modified asphalt mixture in high temperature stability and water stability, but its low temperature performance is inferior to the latter. According to the test results and related data, the key technology and quality control method of bra modified asphalt pavement construction are put forward. At the same time, the construction of the test section is strictly controlled, and the field drilling core sampling, indoor sample detection, structural depth and water seepage test and field observation are carried out. The results show that the ratio of asphalt to stone and the uniformity of mixture are well controlled in the construction process, the construction process is well organized and the compaction effect of the mixture is good. 4) the material cost of BRA and SBS modifier is analyzed by comparing and analyzing the material cost of BRA and SBS modifier. The additional cost of production, maintenance cost and social benefit show that bra has better economy and broad application prospect. To sum up, the application technology of BRA modified asphalt mixture proposed in this paper is reasonable and feasible, which can provide a reference for the further popularization and application of BRA modified asphalt mixture.
