金盘大桥钢管混凝土拱桥施工控制研究

【摘要】:近年来,钢管混凝土拱桥以其优美的外观造型和独特的结构性能在我国得到了空前的发展,因其具有自重轻、强度高、承载能力大、结构刚度大、施工安装简便等优点而广泛应用。 钢管混凝土拱桥在其施工过程中结构受力变化比较大,并且拱肋线形对拱桥的受力影响十分显著。为了保证最终的成桥线形和受力满足要求,必须在施工过程中对钢管混凝土拱桥进行施工监控。 本文以浙江省天台县金盘大桥为背景,研究了钢管混凝土拱桥施工控制技术中的相关问题,包括施工过程中结构变形、应力等的监测和控制。论文首先采用空间有限元法建立了金盘大桥钢管混凝土拱桥的分析模型,对其关键的工况及受力性能进行了分析,讨论了拱桥施工控制的基本理论及方法,并根据金盘大桥的施工方法和受力特点,研究制定了相应的施工控制方案;其次,针对施工建设单位确认的该钢管混凝土拱桥施工的主要过程,进行了钢管内混凝土灌注过程分析,并分别从应力,变形和稳定性三个方面进行了详细探讨,同时在现场进行了相关参数的监测及有效分析控制;最后,论文还对金盘大桥施工过程中的吊杆张拉力进行了监测和控制研究,提出针对有推力的钢管混凝土拱桥现浇桥面系纵横梁结构总体挂索张拉吊杆的方法,并对索力测试方法和公式进行了对比分析并实施,结果表明所提出的监测索力计算方法合理,达到了桥梁预定的设计施工要求。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Concrete-filled Steel Tube Arch Bridge (CFST) has been developed with its beautiful appearance and unique structural performance in China, because of its light weight, high strength, large bearing capacity and large structural stiffness. It is widely used because of the advantages of simple construction and installation. In the process of construction, the structure of concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridge changes greatly, and the influence of arch rib alignment on the stress of arch bridge is very significant. In order to ensure that the final shape and force of the bridge can meet the requirements, it is necessary to monitor the construction of concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge during the construction process. Based on Jinpan Bridge in Tiantai County, Zhejiang Province, this paper studies the related problems in the construction control technology of concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridge, including the monitoring and control of structural deformation and stress during construction. Firstly, the analysis model of concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge of Jinpan Bridge is established by using the spatial finite element method. The key working conditions and mechanical performance of the arch bridge are analyzed, and the basic theory and method of the construction control of the arch bridge are discussed. According to the construction method and stress characteristics of Jinpan Bridge, the corresponding construction control scheme is studied and established. Secondly, the main construction process of the concrete filled steel tube arch bridge confirmed by the construction unit is discussed. The process of concrete pouring in steel tube is analyzed, and the stress, deformation and stability are discussed in detail. At the same time, the relevant parameters are monitored and effectively analyzed and controlled in the field. The paper also studies the monitoring and control of the tension of the suspenders during the construction of the Jinpan Bridge, and puts forward a method for the overall cable tension of the cast-in-situ concrete filled steel tube arch bridge deck structure. The test method and formula of cable force are compared and analyzed. The results show that the calculation method of cable force is reasonable and meets the design and construction requirements of the bridge.
