混凝土拌合过程定量化品质管理研究

【摘要】:水泥混凝土路面的不断发展,带动社会经济发展的同时,也使越来越多的人对水泥混凝土有了更深的接触与认识,从而使得水泥混凝土家喻户晓,风靡全球。在辉煌笼罩的光环下,人们对水泥混凝土路面的使用性能提出了更高的要求,耐久性和长期稳定性已成为现代水泥混凝土路面修筑的基本目标。混凝土路面使用性能的提升,有赖于拌合过程的质量控制。为此,针对水泥混凝土拌合过程中定量化品质管理的问题,展开以下几方面的研究。 1、在试验室内,运用加装有扭矩传感器的小型双卧轴搅拌机,实现了对扭矩、搅拌时间的实时采集与存储。分析了搅拌时间以及搅拌速度对骨料拌合过程质量的影响,确定了骨料拌合均匀的最佳搅拌时间,建立了骨料拌合均匀与单位体积中各档骨料重量相对误差之间的关系,建立了骨料拌合均匀与扭矩之间的关系,同时建立了拌合过程中骨料级配变化与搅拌时间之间的关系,为水泥混凝土拌合过程中的定量化品质管理研究提供了研究思路以及物质基础。 2、在试验室内,,运用加装有扭矩传感器的小型双卧轴搅拌机,实现了对扭矩、搅拌时间的实时采集与存储。分析了搅拌时间以及搅拌速度对水泥混凝土拌合过程质量的影响,确定了间断级配混凝土和连续级配混凝土的最佳拌合时间,确定了混凝土最佳的投料顺序,建立了混凝土拌合均匀与单位体积中各档骨料重量相对误差之间的关系,建立了混凝土拌合均匀与抗压强度值之间的关系,同时建立了混凝土拌合均匀与扭矩之间的关系,实现在线实时监控水泥混凝土的拌合质量。 3、在试验室内,运用小型双卧轴搅拌机。系统的分析了骨料含水率对水泥混凝土拌合质量的影响,确定了骨料含水率对不同标号混凝土的抗压强度值与抗折强度值均有较大影响,得出标养7天时混凝土的最大抗压强度值与最大抗折强度值与实际有一定的偏差,对于造成偏差的具体原因需进一步的研究。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of cement concrete pavement and the development of social economy, more and more people have a deeper contact and understanding of cement concrete, which makes cement concrete become a household name and become popular all over the world. Under the brilliance shrouded in the aura, people put forward higher requirements to the performance of cement concrete pavement, durability and long-term stability have become the basic goal of modern cement concrete pavement construction. The improvement of the performance of concrete pavement depends on the quality control of mixing process. Therefore, aiming at the problem of quantitative quality management in cement concrete mixing process, the following aspects are studied. 1. In the test room, the torque is realized by using a small double horizontal shaft mixer equipped with torque sensor. Real-time collection and storage of stirring time. The effects of mixing time and stirring speed on the quality of aggregate mixing process are analyzed. The optimum mixing time of aggregate mixing uniformity is determined, and the relationship between aggregate mixing uniformity and relative error of aggregate weight per unit volume is established. The relationship between aggregate mixing uniformity and torque, and the relationship between aggregate gradation and mixing time were established. It provides the research idea and material basis for the quantitative quality management research in cement concrete mixing process. 2. In the test room, the torque is realized by using a small double horizontal shaft mixer with torque sensor. Real-time collection and storage of stirring time. The influence of mixing time and mixing speed on the quality of cement concrete mixing process is analyzed. The optimum mixing time of discontinuous graded concrete and continuous graded concrete is determined, and the best feeding sequence of concrete is determined. The relation between concrete mixing uniformity and the relative error of aggregate weight per unit volume, the relation between concrete mixing uniformity and compressive strength, and the relationship between concrete mixing uniformity and torque are established. Realize on-line real-time monitoring of cement concrete mixing quality. 3, in the test room, the use of small double horizontal shafts mixer. The effect of aggregate moisture content on cement concrete mixing quality is analyzed systematically. It is determined that aggregate moisture content has great influence on compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete of different grades. It is concluded that the maximum compressive strength and the maximum flexural strength of concrete after 7 days of standard maintenance are deviated from the actual conditions, and the concrete causes of the deviation need to be further studied.
