基于PG技术的黑龙江省道路沥青性能评定

【摘要】:随着我国经济建设的发展,交通运输得到了迅猛发展,交通量的不断增加对高等级公路的路用性能提出了较高的要求。黑龙江省夏季比较炎热冬季又很寒冷,黑龙江省高等级公路沥青路面高温车辙和低温开裂现象的同时存在对路面性能带来很大的问题,严重影响行车条件和路面质量。因此,采用PG等级新技术评价黑龙江省沥青路用性能,从而解决黑龙江省沥青路面(材料)高温车辙和低温开裂等问题。根据黑龙江省的气候特点,对黑龙江省气候初步分为三个区。观测各区代表路段空气温度和路面温度,分析得出空气与路面温度之间的换算公式。进而根据黑龙江省历年气象资料经过温度换算公式换算成路面温度,重新得出了黑龙江省沥青路面三个PG分区。分别为一区PG52-46,二区为PG58-40,三区为PG58-34。确定了黑龙江省道路沥青的PG技术标准以及PG技术标准的使用依据。 根据PG分区和PG技术标准对黑龙江省常用道路沥青进行性能评定。经调查黑龙江省常用的道路沥青为90号基质沥青和SBS改性沥青。收集黑龙江省常用沥青,根据沥青三大指标和感温性指标针入度指数,将收集的沥青细分为三种基质90号沥青和三种改性沥青。分析结果为六种沥青高温指标均满足黑龙江省沥青PG分区基本要求,而低温不能满足沥青PG分区要求,为进一步研究提供了良好基础。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's economic construction, traffic and transportation have developed rapidly. The increasing traffic volume has put forward higher requirements for the performance of high grade highways. In Heilongjiang, the hot winter is very cold in summer, and the high temperature rutting and low temperature cracking of high grade highway asphalt pavement in Heilongjiang province exist simultaneously to the pavement nature. It can bring a lot of problems and seriously affect the driving conditions and the quality of the road. Therefore, the new technology of PG grade is used to evaluate the performance of the asphalt road in Heilongjiang Province, so as to solve the problems of high temperature rutting and low temperature cracking of the asphalt pavement (material) in Heilongjiang province. According to the climate special point of Heilongjiang Province, the initial climate of Heilongjiang province is divided into three areas. The region represents the air temperature and pavement temperature, and the conversion formula between air and pavement temperature is analyzed. Then, according to the temperature conversion formula of meteorological data in Heilongjiang Province, three PG zoning of Heilongjiang asphalt pavement are re obtained. It is a region PG52-46, the two area is PG58-40, and the three area is PG58-34.. The PG technical standard of Heilongjiang road asphalt and the basis of PG technical standard are determined.
The performance evaluation of common road bitumen in Heilongjiang province is evaluated according to the PG zoning and PG technical standards. The common road bitumen in Heilongjiang province is 90 matrix asphalt and SBS modified bitumen. The common asphalt in Heilongjiang province is collected. According to the three major index of asphalt and the needle penetration index of the temperature sensitivity index, the asphalt is divided into three kinds of matrix 90. Asphalt and three kinds of modified bitumen. The analysis results show that six kinds of asphalt high temperature indexes meet the basic requirements of the PG zoning in Heilongjiang Province, and the low temperature can not meet the requirements of the asphalt PG zoning, which provides a good basis for further research.
