高海拔寒冷地区公路设计理念与方法及其应用

【摘要】:我国高海拔寒冷地区分布广泛,这些地区气候恶劣、地形地貌条件特殊、生态系统脆弱,而且社会、政治环境复杂,给公路建设工作提出了更高要求。目前针对高寒环境公路建设的研究多集中在微观技术层面,忽视了宏观层面上对设计思想和总体理念的研究,传统以工程为主体的设计、施工、管理理念与技术体系也已经无法应对高寒地区资源、环境与工程建设之间日趋加深的矛盾。为实现高海拔寒冷地区公路建设的可持续发展,,从前期设计阶段准确把握工程建设的总体思路,全面开创特殊气候、自然地质、地貌等条件下的公路设计理念创新与应用迫在眉睫。 论文在系统分析国内外相关研究成果的基础上,通过资料收集与现场调查,归纳总结了高海拔寒冷地区主要自然环境特征以及社会、经济环境特征。考虑高海拔寒冷环境下公路建设特殊需求,从交通安全事故多发、交融威胁工程质量、低温缺氧影响人身健康、路域生态环保困难、地质条件复杂、隧道导致能源消耗巨大等方面详细阐述了高海拔寒冷地区公路勘察设计面临的特殊任务和难点,进而明确了传统公路设计理念在高海拔寒冷地区的适用性。针对高海拔寒冷地公路勘察设计的突出特点,秉承“六个坚持,六个树立”,开展面向高海拔寒冷地区公路个性的设计新理念研究,围绕“以安全为核心,以功能为导向,以人为本,动态设计,节约资源,保护与改善环境”的总体思路,从系统工程思维的角度阐述了新理念的具体内涵。最后,论文以丹拉国道西过境高速公路为依托,将提出的新理念具体应用到路线走廊带选择、局部方案比选、桥隧设计、边坡防护等设计实践中,指导了西过境高速公路的路线选择与设计,验证了研究成果的可行性。 高海拔寒冷地区公路设计新理念研究采用调查收集、理论分析、工程验证相结合的研究方法,研究成果弥补了我国现行公路设计理念对高寒环境考虑不足的缺陷,完善了现有公路设计理论体系,不仅对高海拔寒冷地区公路建设具有重要的实践意义,而且对进一步推进我国交通事业的科学发展有着重要的理论意义。
[Abstract]:The cold regions with high altitude are widely distributed in China. These areas have bad climate, special topography and landform conditions, fragile ecosystem, and complicated social and political environment, which put forward higher requirements for highway construction. At present, the research on highway construction in the alpine environment is mostly focused on the micro technical level, neglecting the research on the design thought and the overall idea at the macro level, and the traditional design and construction with engineering as the main body. The management idea and technology system can not cope with the contradiction between the resources, environment and engineering construction. In order to realize the sustainable development of highway construction in the cold area of high altitude, the general idea of engineering construction is accurately grasped from the early stage of design, and the special climate and natural geology are created in an all-round way. It is urgent to innovate and apply the highway design idea under the condition of geomorphology. On the basis of systematic analysis of related research results at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the main natural environment characteristics, social and economic environment characteristics of cold areas at high altitude through data collection and field investigation. Considering the special needs of highway construction in the cold environment at high altitude, from traffic safety accidents, blending threatening engineering quality, low temperature and hypoxia affecting human health, difficult ecological environmental protection and complex geological conditions, In this paper, the special tasks and difficulties of highway survey and design in high altitude cold area are expounded in detail from the aspects of energy consumption caused by tunnel, and the applicability of traditional highway design concept in high altitude cold area is clarified. In view of the prominent characteristics of highway investigation and design in high altitude and cold region, we carry out the research on the new concept of highway personality design oriented to the high altitude cold area by adhering to "six persistence, six building", and focusing on "taking safety as the core and function as the guide," The general idea of people-oriented, dynamic design, saving resources, protecting and improving the environment is discussed, and the concrete connotation of the new idea is expounded from the point of view of system engineering thinking. Finally, based on the West Transit Expressway of Danla National Road, the paper applies the new idea to the design practice of route corridor belt selection, partial scheme selection, bridge and tunnel design, slope protection, etc. It guides the route selection and design of the west transit expressway, and verifies the feasibility of the research results. The research on the new concept of highway design in the cold area of high altitude adopts the research method of the combination of investigation collection, theoretical analysis and engineering verification, and the research results make up for the deficiency of the current highway design concept of our country considering the alpine environment. It not only has important practical significance for highway construction in cold areas at high altitude, but also has important theoretical significance to further promote the scientific development of transportation in our country.
