CRH2型动车组在大跨度连续刚构桥上的制动响应分析

【摘要】:为了研究大跨度连续刚构桥在CRH2型动车组制动力作用下的性能,建立了线路 桥梁有限元分析模型。依据动车组的制动减速度特性曲线,计算了车体的制动力时程。利用线性插值原理,编程计算了钢轨各节点的制动力时程。将轨面各节点的制动力时程和竖向力时程施加于结构,利用Midas有限元软件进行了动力响应分析。结果表明,主梁纵向变形具有累积性;制动力和竖向力联合作用下,连续刚构桥的纵向位移普遍较小,墩底纵向弯矩也在规范静力取值范围之内,表明动车组制动情况下连续刚构桥处于安全状态。
[Abstract]:In order to study the performance of long-span continuous rigid frame bridge under the braking force of CRH2 EMU, a finite element analysis model for railway bridge is established. According to the braking deceleration characteristic curve of the EMU, the braking force time history of the vehicle body is calculated. Based on linear interpolation principle, the braking force time history of rail joints is calculated by programming. The braking time history and vertical force time history of rail joints are applied to the structure and the dynamic response is analyzed by Midas finite element software. The results show that the longitudinal deformation of the main beam is cumulative, the longitudinal displacement of the continuous rigid frame bridge is generally small, and the longitudinal moment at the bottom of the pier is also within the range of the standard static force under the combined action of braking force and vertical force. It shows that the continuous rigid frame bridge is in a safe state under the condition of EMU braking.
