大空隙透水沥青路面路用特性研究

【摘要】:大空隙透水性沥青路面路面具有抗滑、降噪、缓解城市热岛效应等优点,是一种环保型的沥青路面结构。但是,该类路面也存在局限性。其一,由于水可以在路面空隙中自由通过,这就导致了该类路面的沥青更加容易老化,且易发生水损害现象;另外,该类路面在施工过程中降温较快,这就对施工工艺和施工温度提出了更高的要求;除此之外,该类路面的透水性能易受车辆荷载作用和堵塞物的影响。这些局限性都严重地影响了大空隙透水路面的路用性能。 本文对沥青混合料透水性能进行了研究,通过引入温度和沥青粘度参数,对已有的沥青混合料的空隙率预估方程进行了修正,得到了以关键筛孔通过率、成型温度和沥青粘度为参数的大空隙透水路面的透水性能预估方程;测定了不同空隙率马歇尔试件的横向渗透系数和纵向渗透系数,并分析了空隙率与其纵横向渗透系数的关系。 分析了使用过程中影响路面透水性能的主要因素,以及大空隙透水路面的空隙特性和堵塞特性,对空隙堵塞情况下的OGFC车辙板试件的渗透性能衰减特性进行了研究;通过不同压实次数下试件的高度及空隙率变化,研究了荷载作用对路面渗水性能衰减的影响。 对采用不同胶结材料的旋转压实试件进行了抗剪实验,比较不同胶结料以及试验温度下试件的抗剪强度,分析了胶结料类型对混合料抗剪强度的影响,并对其对温度的敏感性进行了分析;采用拌合力矩法对混合料的施工温度进行确定。最后,,本文通过在最佳实验温度下,通过对公称最大粒径、设计空隙率和沥青粘度等因素进行控制后利用旋转压实仪成型试件,计算压实特性参数,从而分析大空隙透水路面的压实特性及其影响因素。
[Abstract]:Large void permeable asphalt pavement is a kind of environment-friendly asphalt pavement structure, which has the advantages of anti-skid, noise reduction and alleviating the urban heat island effect. However, this kind of pavement also has the limitation. For one thing, because water can pass freely through the voids of the pavement, the asphalt of this kind of pavement is more easily aged and prone to water damage; in addition, the temperature of the pavement is reduced more quickly during the construction of this kind of pavement. In addition, the permeability of this kind of pavement is easy to be affected by vehicle load and blockage. These limitations have seriously affected the road performance of large void permeable pavement. In this paper, the permeability of asphalt mixture is studied. By introducing temperature and viscosity parameters, the porosity prediction equation of existing asphalt mixture is modified, and the pass rate of critical sieve hole is obtained. The prediction equation of permeability of large voids permeable pavement with the parameters of molding temperature and asphalt viscosity was obtained, and the transverse and longitudinal permeability coefficients of Marshall specimens with different porosity were measured. The relationship between the porosity and the longitudinal and transverse permeability coefficient is analyzed. In this paper, the main factors that affect the permeability of pavement are analyzed, and the characteristics of void and blockage are analyzed. The attenuation characteristics of permeability of OGFC rutting board under the condition of void blockage are studied. The influence of load on the attenuation of seepage performance of pavement is studied by changing the height and void ratio of the specimen under different compaction times. In this paper, the shear strength of rotating compacted specimens with different cementing materials is compared, and the influence of the type of binder on the shear strength of the mixture is analyzed by comparing the shear strength of the specimens with different binders and test temperature. The sensitivity of the mixture to temperature is analyzed, and the mixing moment method is used to determine the construction temperature of the mixture. Finally, under the optimum experimental temperature, the parameters of compaction characteristics are calculated by controlling the nominal maximum particle size, designing porosity and asphalt viscosity, etc. The compaction characteristics and influencing factors of large void permeable pavement are analyzed.
