新能源汽车远程实时监控系统设计与研究

【摘要】:一套适用于新能源汽车示范运营的远程监控原型系统,完善了现有系统功能并保持其可靠性和数据完整性,重点改善了系统远程通信实时性,能为新能源汽车示范运营保驾护航和相关科学研究提供数据支撑;且设计了开放的车载终端架构,能形成一个可持续、为车联网相关应用提供支持的开发平台。 论文在跟踪新能源汽车远程监控系统国内外发展现状及对Telematics简要研究并明确其关键性技术的基础上,首先探讨了其数据采集方法和远程传输方式;然后基于上海市的地方标准提出了其设计要求和架构;接着采用结构化设计方法,分别对车载终端的硬件、软件实现方案进行了设计和研究;最后测试了原型系统的远程通信性能。 系统总体设计方面,首先提出了一个极具开放性的系统架构;然后详细设计和描述了车载终端功能行为和远程通信协议(RCP);通信方案方面,采用基于SAE J1939的高速CAN为与车辆控制网络的通信方案;采用基于CDMA2000EVDO移动网络的远程通信方案。 车载终端设计方面,采用基于MCU(STM32)的硬件实现方案,,模块化地设计了满足车载终端功能要求的硬件电路。采用基于实时内核RTOS(μC/OS-II)的软件实现方案,首先提出了具有层次分明、开放性特点的车载终端软件架构;接着运用面向对象方法设计和实现了基础软件构件;最后进行了详细地应用软件设计。测试表明,原型系统具有优异的数据完整性,并改善了现有系统远程通信实时性。
[Abstract]:A set of remote monitoring prototype system suitable for demonstration operation of new energy vehicle improves the function of the existing system, maintains its reliability and data integrity, and focuses on improving the real-time performance of the system's remote communication. It can provide data support for the demonstration and protection of new energy vehicles and related scientific research, and design an open on-board terminal architecture, which can form a sustainable development platform to provide support for related applications of vehicle networking. On the basis of tracking the development of remote monitoring system for new energy vehicles at home and abroad and briefly researching and defining the key technologies of Telematics, this paper first discusses the method of data acquisition and remote transmission. Then based on the local standards of Shanghai, the design requirements and architecture are put forward, and then the hardware and software implementation schemes of the vehicle terminal are designed and studied by using the structured design method. Finally, the performance of the prototype system is tested. In terms of the overall design of the system, a very open system architecture is proposed, and then the functional behavior and remote communication protocol (RCP) of the vehicle terminal are designed and described in detail. The high speed can based on SAE J1939 is adopted as the communication scheme with the vehicle control network, and the remote communication scheme based on CDMA 2000 EVDO mobile network is adopted. In the aspect of vehicle terminal design, the hardware implementation scheme based on MCU (STM32) is adopted, and the hardware circuit that meets the functional requirements of vehicle terminal is designed modularized. The software implementation scheme based on RTOS (渭 C / OS-II) is adopted. Firstly, the software architecture of vehicular terminal is presented, which has the characteristics of hierarchy and openness, and then the basic software component is designed and implemented by object-oriented method. Finally, the application software is designed in detail. The test shows that the prototype system has excellent data integrity and improves the real-time communication of the existing system.
