重庆嘉悦大桥主梁锚固区受力分析

【摘要】:主梁拉索锚固区的基本功能是将索力安全、均匀地传递到主梁,是矮塔斜拉桥的一个关键传力部位。主梁锚固区荷载大、空间小、构造复杂、传力路径多、应力分布不均匀、破坏机理复杂,单纯的力学分析难以真实全面反映结构的实际应力分布和工作状态。本文以重庆嘉悦大桥为工程背景,通过索梁锚固区的缩尺模型试验和有限元分析比较,得出复杂的应力状态,以检验锚固区的受力性能,同时针对存在的问题提出相应的改进意见和建议。首先利用Midas/CIVIL对嘉悦大桥进行全桥计算,以验证大桥结构安全及性能,同时为结构局部分析提供荷载边界条件。其次利用ANSYS软件针对索梁锚固区节段进行空间应力有限元分析,为模型试验提供理论依据。然后进行索梁锚固区节段缩尺模型试验,并与计算值进行比较,对结构的实际受力特性进行判断。最后根据空间应力分析和缩尺模型试验结果,对实际桥梁施工控制提出了指导性建议和要求。
[Abstract]:The basic function of the cable Anchorage zone of the main girder is to transfer the cable force safely and uniformly to the main girder, which is a key force transfer part of the cable-stayed bridge with low tower. The Anchorage zone of the main beam is characterized by large load, small space, complicated structure, many load transfer paths, uneven stress distribution and complex failure mechanism. It is difficult to reflect the actual stress distribution and working state of the structure by simple mechanical analysis. Taking the Jiayue Bridge in Chongqing as the engineering background, through the scale model test and finite element analysis and comparison of cable beam Anchorage zone, the complex stress state is obtained to test the mechanical performance of the anchoring area. At the same time, in view of the existing problems, the corresponding suggestions and suggestions are put forward. First, Midas / CIVIL is used to calculate the whole bridge of Jiayue Bridge to verify the safety and performance of the bridge, and to provide the load boundary conditions for the local analysis of the structure. Secondly, the finite element analysis of spatial stress of cable beam Anchorage zone is carried out by ANSYS software, which provides theoretical basis for model test. Then the model test of cable beam Anchorage zone segment scale is carried out, and compared with the calculated value, the actual force characteristics of the structure are judged. Finally, according to the results of space stress analysis and scale model test, the guiding suggestions and requirements for actual bridge construction control are put forward.
