武汉天兴洲公铁两用长江大桥养护维修体系探索

【摘要】:随着人民群众对铁路运输“高速度、高舒适性、高安全性”的要求不断提高,铁路桥梁特别是大跨度桥梁的保养及维护难度也在不断增大。为打造养护一大批精品桥梁,实现“一流的技术标准、一流的设备质量、一流的管理水平、一流的队伍素质、一流的生产环境”等目标,需要我们对桥梁日常养护保养体系进行不断的探索和研究。天兴洲大桥是我国第一座四线铁路公铁两用斜拉桥,桥梁上使用的多项关键技术设备达到世界先进水平。本文以该桥为工程背景,首先介绍了天兴洲长江大桥的基本情况和设计参数,研究探讨了大桥日常管理养护维修的方案,重点介绍了天兴洲大桥上装备的ZLA-1040大位移梁端伸缩装置、滑板式铰轴支座、400kN磁流变液阻尼器系统、钢轨伸缩调节器及桥梁斜拉索体系等多项新技术设备的工作原理和正常工作状态、易损情况,探讨了这些设备的日常养护规则及要求,在此基础上形成了高速铁路线上大跨度公铁两用斜拉桥养护维修体系。
[Abstract]:With the requirement of "high speed, high comfort and high safety" for railway transportation, the maintenance and maintenance of railway bridges, especially long-span bridges, is becoming more and more difficult. In order to build a large number of excellent bridges and achieve the goals of "first-class technical standard, first-class equipment quality, first-class management level, first-class team quality, first-class production environment" and so on, Need us to the bridge daily maintenance system for continuous exploration and research. Tianxingzhou Bridge is the first four-line railway and road-rail cable-stayed bridge in China. Many key technical equipments used on the bridge reach the advanced level in the world. Taking the bridge as the engineering background, this paper first introduces the basic situation and design parameters of Tianxingzhou Yangtze River Bridge, and studies and discusses the scheme of daily maintenance and maintenance of the bridge. The paper mainly introduces the ZLA-1040 large displacement beam end telescopic device and the 400kN magnetorheological fluid damper system on the Tianxingzhou Bridge. The working principle, normal working state and vulnerability of many new technical equipments, such as rail expansion regulator and bridge cable system, are discussed. The daily maintenance rules and requirements of these equipment are discussed. On this basis, the maintenance and repair system of long span highway-iron cable-stayed bridge on high-speed railway line is formed.
