大跨度铁路预应力混凝土连续梁施工监控研究与实践

【摘要】:近些年来,随着交通建设快速发展以及科学技术在工程中的广泛应用,大跨度连续梁桥在铁路桥梁建设中占据着极其重要的地位。大家普遍认为桥梁施工监控环节在大跨度连续梁桥施工过程中非常重要,为了能够保证连续梁桥在施工过程中受力状况按理想状态变形,桥梁能够顺利合拢,桥梁的线性能够平顺,必须保证在施工过程中做好桥梁施工监控方面的工作,而悬臂施工过程中高程以及线形监控就成为施工监控中的重要的环节之一。本文以向莆铁路京山大桥(40+64+40)m,根据连续梁桥悬臂施工的特点,进行了施工过程的线性监控研究。结合施工监控的理论计算方法,使用Midas/Civil软件进行仿真计算,校核该桥梁各个施工阶段的监控点标高,最后实现了桥梁精确合拢,为相关的桥梁施工过程提供了依据。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of traffic construction and the wide application of science and technology in engineering, long-span continuous beam bridge plays an extremely important role in the construction of railway bridges. It is generally believed that the monitoring link of bridge construction is very important in the construction process of long-span continuous beam bridge. In order to ensure that the stress condition of continuous beam bridge is deformed according to the ideal state during the construction process, the bridge can close smoothly. The linearity of the bridge can be smooth, it is necessary to ensure that the bridge construction monitoring work in the construction process, and the cantilever construction process of elevation and linear monitoring has become one of the most important links in the construction monitoring. According to the characteristics of cantilever construction of continuous beam bridge, a linear monitoring study on the construction process of Jingshan Bridge on Xiangpu Railway is carried out in this paper. Combined with the theoretical calculation method of construction monitoring and control, the simulation calculation is carried out by using Midas/Civil software to check the elevation of the monitoring points in each construction stage of the bridge. Finally, the accurate closure of the bridge is realized, which provides the basis for the relevant bridge construction process.
