上承式钢板梁制孔工艺研究

【摘要】:上承式钢板梁桥是中、小跨径桥梁最常用的形式,其钢板梁的制孔精度直接关系到桥梁的安装质量。鉴于此,以普通32m钢板梁桥及4片主梁并列的50m钢板梁桥为研究对象,通过分析2座桥钢板梁的结构特点及连接方式的异同,围绕零件加工、组装、焊接及矫正等影响栓孔重合率的因素,确定了2座桥钢板梁的制孔工艺,即普通32m板梁桥制孔主要采用先孔法,而4片主梁并列的50m板梁桥主要采用后孔法。采用该工艺实施后,2座桥钢板梁的制孔精度均达到了标准要求,验证了工艺的合理性,实现了提高制孔精度、保证栓孔重合率和提高生产效率的目的。
[Abstract]:The top bearing steel plate girder bridge is the most commonly used form of small span bridges. The accuracy of the steel plate beam is directly related to the installation quality of the bridge. In view of this, the 50m steel plate girder bridge with the common 32m steel plate girder bridge and 4 main beams is studied. Through the analysis of the similarities and differences of the structure characteristics and connection modes of the 2 bridge steel plates, the processing of the parts is processed around the parts. With the factors of assembling, welding and correction affecting the reclosing rate of the bolt holes, the hole making process of the 2 bridge steel plate beams is determined. That is, the first hole method is used in the common 32m plate girder bridge, while the 50m plate girder bridge of the 4 main beams is mainly adopted by the rear hole method. After the implementation, the hole precision of the 2 bridge steel plate beams has reached the standard requirements, and the process has been verified. The rationality of the system has achieved the goal of improving the accuracy of drilling, ensuring the overlap ratio and improving the production efficiency.
