建筑垃圾再生混凝土的力学性能试验及在公路面层中的应用研究
[Abstract]:This topic comes from Jiangxi Province graduate student innovation foundation project "the construction waste recycled concrete application research in the pavement surface layer", the project number is: YC2015-S063. In this paper, the quantity of construction garbage in Jiangxi Province is investigated, and the results show that the annual output of construction garbage in Jiangxi Province is increasing year by year. After that, the research status of recycled concrete, road performance and pavement application are briefly introduced. The physical properties of recycled coarse aggregate and the mechanical properties of recycled concrete are studied. The test results show that the recycled coarse aggregate has the characteristics of low apparent density, high water absorption and large crushing value, and the compressive strength and flexural strength of recycled concrete decrease with the increase of water-cement ratio. When the recycled coarse aggregate is mixed with 25% waste brick coarse aggregate, the mechanical properties of recycled concrete can meet the requirements of the new cement pavement surface layer, and when the amount of recycled coarse aggregate is up to 50%, At this time, the content of coarse aggregate of waste brick has a great influence on the mechanical properties of recycled concrete, and through reasonable mix design and modification, recycled concrete of construction waste can be used in high grade highway surface layer. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the application of recycled concrete of construction waste in highway surface: in order to enhance the performance of recycled concrete, we can consider adding mineral admixture such as fly ash to recycled concrete or placing steel bar in concrete slab; The mixing water for recycled concrete of construction waste consists of two parts: additional water and mix water. The amount of additional water should be calculated according to 75% of the absorbency of coarse aggregate of waste brick, and the proportion of coarse aggregate of waste brick in recycled coarse aggregate is controlled within 25%.
