微表处混合料室内配合比设计方法研究

【摘要】:针对微表处混合料配合比设计,提出了采用拌和试验确定微表处混合料的最佳流体含量和水泥用量,在此基础上采用60℃单轴贯入试验峰值剪切强度确定微表处混合料的最佳乳化沥青用量。进而采用MMLS3加速加载试验、冻融劈裂试验、低温弯曲试验验证了最佳乳化沥青用量的合理性,同时和"图解法"确定的乳化沥青用量进行了比较。经室内试验验证,表明该法取得了较好的使用效果。
