巴基斯坦海得拉巴市中央商务区交通管理策略研究

【摘要】:“交通管理策略”是指在研究用户交通需求的基础上,提出如何在有限的成本与空间之下提高道路设施利用效率。 以海德拉巴市为例,其道路系统存在的主要问题有道路狭窄、交通压力大、道路侵占严重、路边停车过多,以及由于商业活动集中、土地性质单一引起的CBD地区交通吸引力过高、道路网不成系统、缺乏适当的法制管理等。 基于对以上问题的研究,本文提出一系列方法措施以减弱这些问题的影响,提高道路通行能力。通过对“交通管理策略”的重视,改善像海德拉巴市这样的发展中国家传统城市的交通循环状况。本文包含八个章节,每章的内容对应其标题。如第一章是基础介绍部分,详细介绍了文章的目的、目标和研究范围。文章首先简要回顾了各个CBD研究案例中的交通管理措施,然后在第二章归纳总结出交通管理的方法和策略。第三章对海得拉巴的路网中现有的控制和服务水平做了详细的研究,第四章介绍了对中国交通现状的借鉴和对比分析。第五章强调了本论文研究目的的实现方法,并采用定量和定性两种方法进行研究。定性的研究包括对资料的查阅和归纳总结,量化的方法主要是对研究对象现场的数据收集,对数据进行分析对比。与此同时,对数据的收集方法做了详细的描述。之后在第六章重点介绍了对数据的分析整理。第七章结合数据的调查和分析结果对研究内容进行初步的归纳定义,针对调查的结果对数据进行分析,确定研究区域内问题的性质后,,分析问题产生的本质,最终结合资料搜索及数据总结,对分析得出的问题提出解决办法以及管理措施。
[Abstract]:"Traffic management strategy" refers to how to improve the utilization efficiency of road facilities under the limited cost and space on the basis of studying the traffic demand of users. In Hyderabad, for example, the main problems with the road system are narrow roads, heavy traffic pressures, serious road encroachment, excessive roadside parking, and the concentration of commercial activity. Because of the single property of land, the traffic attraction in CBD area is too high, the road network is not systematic, and the proper legal management is lacking. Based on the study of the above problems, this paper proposes a series of methods and measures to reduce the influence of these problems and improve the capacity of roads. By paying attention to "traffic management strategy", the traffic circulation of traditional cities in developing countries such as Hyderabad is improved. This article contains eight chapters, each of which corresponds to its title. As the first chapter is the introduction of the basic part, detailed introduction of the article's purpose, objectives and research scope. This paper first reviews the traffic management measures in each CBD case, and then summarizes the methods and strategies of traffic management in the second chapter. The third chapter makes a detailed study on the existing control and service level in Hyderabad's road network, and the fourth chapter introduces the reference and comparative analysis of the traffic situation in China. The fifth chapter emphasizes the method of realizing the purpose of this thesis, and adopts quantitative and qualitative methods to carry on the research. The qualitative research includes the reference and summary of the data. The quantitative method is mainly to collect the field data and analyze and compare the data. At the same time, the data collection method is described in detail. After that, in the sixth chapter, the author introduces the analysis and arrangement of the data. The seventh chapter combines the data investigation and the analysis result to carry on the preliminary induction definition to the research content, according to the investigation result carries on the analysis to the data, determines the nature of the problem in the research area, analyzes the nature of the problem, Finally, combined with data search and data summary, solutions and management measures are put forward.
