盾构机远程监控系统架构及关键技术研究

【摘要】:盾构机远程监控系统作为盾构机施工管理的有效工具,,正在不断发展完善。相比较于国外已经开发出面向系统级的盾构机远程监控系统,国内研发的盾构机远程监控系统却集中在单个项目的应用中。现有的系统均未能完成对多个项目中盾构机集群的信息化管理。鉴于这种情况,本文采用模块化的设计思想,研究了盾构机远程监控系统的架构及关键技术。 本文通过系统需求分析,系统逻辑模型设计,系统数据库设计和盾构机履历设计,完成了对多个功能模块的设计与实施。最终使用传感器数据进行数据识别实现了对盾构施工状态的智能化分析。经过系统需求分析,从整体上将整个系统划分为公司级管理系统和盾构机级管理系统,并采用树形图表达了系统的逻辑模型和信息流的流向;在数据存储层建立了三个数据库按照数据服务对象的不同分类保存数据表,将履历管理技术集成到系统中完成了盾构机履历管理方案的设计;系统经过多维关联分析的方法得到了盾构施工状态与相关传感器数据集中各类数据的关系,设计了盾构推进状态智能化分析算法并编程实现;在分析盾构机日常维护保养计划的基础上,制定了定时维护保养工作细则,设计了盾构机维护保养模块,并编写程序实现其功能;最后根据系统盾构机级施工管理架构,对其结构进行了模块化分析完成了盾构机级施工管理系统的设计,在此基础上设计了盾构队管理模块编写后台程序实现其功能。
[Abstract]:As an effective tool for shield machine construction management, the remote monitoring system of shield machine is being developed and perfected continuously. Compared with the remote monitoring system of system level shield machine, the remote monitoring system of shield machine is concentrated in the application of single project compared with foreign countries. All the existing systems fail to complete several projects. In view of this situation, the structure and key technology of the remote monitoring system of the shield machine are studied in this paper.
In this paper, through system requirement analysis, system logic model design, system database design and shield machine calendar design, the design and implementation of multiple functional modules are completed. Finally, the intelligent analysis of the shield construction state is realized by using sensor data to realize data recognition. Through the system requirements analysis, the whole system is integrated from the whole system. It is divided into the company level management system and the shield machine level management system, and the tree graph is used to express the logic model of the system and the flow direction of the information flow. In the data storage layer, three databases are set up to save the data table according to the different classification of the data service objects, and the CV management technology is set into the system to complete the shield machine calendar manager. The design of the case, through the method of multidimensional correlation analysis, the relationship between the shield construction state and the data of the related sensor data concentration is obtained. The intelligent analysis algorithm of the shield propulsion state is designed and the program is realized. On the basis of the analysis of the routine maintenance plan of the shield machine, the rules for the timing maintenance work are set up. The shield machine maintenance module is counted and the program is programmed to realize its function. Finally, the design of the shield machine level construction management system is completed according to the structure of the shield machine level construction management. On this basis, the shield team management module is designed to write the background program to realize its function.
