基于PLC和触摸屏的开放式立体车库控制系统设计

【摘要】:伴随着科技的进步和汽车工业的深入发展,社会生产力水平显著提高,汽车逐渐成了人们日常生活不可或缺的交通工具。汽车的增多带来了诸多的社会问题,其中非常突出的一个问题就是土地资源的短缺和汽车数量的快速增加之间的矛盾越来越严重,停车难的问题日益凸显,立体车库在这种环境下应运而生。建立立体车库是解决城市停车难问题的有效措施。根据市场需求规模的不同,立体车库需要实现多元化,满足不同层次用户的需求,因此深入研究立体车库,设计出硬件可靠、控制系统稳定、人机交互界面友好、存取车方便的立体车库是一项非常有意义的工作。 本文在分析了立体车库结构框架和运行方式的基础上,设计了基于西门子触摸屏和PLC的立体车库控制系统。该控制系统充分应用了PLC的稳定可靠、触摸屏友好灵活以及两者具有良好兼容性的特点。整个控制系统以PLC为核心控制设备,控制车库的正常运作,建立了PROFIBUS-DP现场总线通信网络,以S7-300系列PLC的CPU315-2DP作为通信网络的主站,触摸屏MP270B、变频器MM440和分布式输入输出设备ET200M作为通信网络的从站。系统以触摸屏作为人机交互界面,在车主的操作下完成存取车过程,实时更新显示车库状态;通过变频器实现对三相异步电动机的转速调节,控制立体车库中载车板升降的速度;车库中输入量和输出量连接在分布式输入输出设备ET200M上,,将采集到的车库状态信号和需要发送的控制指令通过现场总线完成和CPU的信息交换。PLC通过扩展模块CP341实现对车库电子换向机构进行控制,根据需要将电机的动力传递到目标载车单元的升降设备上。 PLC系统硬件网络的组态、用户程序块的编写和系统程序块的调用在西门子编程软件STEP7中进行。在硬件组态的过程中,设置总线和DP主从站的参数,包括各设备的站地址,总线通信协议和输入输出设备的地址。同时本文对PLC通过DP总线控制变频器和PLC的PtP通信程序进行了详细设计。人机交互界面的触摸屏程序设计通过WinCC flexible软件完成,设计内容包括触摸屏和PLC的连接、画面、连接变量等。 本文对设计的立体车库控制系统进行了仿真调试,然后再进行了实验室实物调试。系统设计结构合理、人机交互界面友好、存取车效率较高、系统可靠性良好,具有一定的应用推广价值。
[Abstract]:With the progress of science and technology and the further development of automobile industry, the level of social productivity has improved significantly, and automobile has gradually become an indispensable vehicle for people's daily life. The increasing number of cars has brought many social problems, one of which is a very prominent problem is the shortage of land resources and the rapid increase in the number of cars more and more serious contradiction, parking difficulties become increasingly prominent. Three-dimensional garage emerges as the times require under this kind of environment. The establishment of three-dimensional garage is an effective measure to solve the problem of parking difficulties in urban areas. According to the different scale of market demand, the three-dimensional garage needs to be diversified to meet the needs of different levels of users. Therefore, the solid garage is deeply studied, the hardware is reliable, the control system is stable, and the man-machine interface is friendly. Easy access car parking is a very meaningful job. Based on the analysis of the structure and operation mode of the stereoscopic garage, a 3D garage control system based on Siemens touch screen and PLC is designed in this paper. The control system makes full use of the stability and reliability of PLC, friendly and flexible touch screen and good compatibility. The whole control system takes PLC as the core control equipment, controls the normal operation of the garage, establishes the PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus communication network, and takes the S7-300 series PLC CPU315-2DP as the main station of the communication network. Touch screen MP270B, frequency converter MM440 and distributed input and output device ET200M serve as slave station of communication network. The system takes the touch screen as the man-machine interface, completes the process of accessing the vehicle under the operation of the vehicle owner, updates and displays the state of the garage in real time, and adjusts the speed of the three-phase asynchronous motor through the frequency converter. The input quantity and output quantity in the garage are connected to the distributed input and output device ET200M. The collection of garage status signals and the control instructions needed to be sent are completed through the field bus and the information exchange of CPU. CP341 is extended to realize the control of the garage electronic reversing mechanism. According to the need to transfer the power of the motor to the lifting equipment of the target vehicle carrying unit. The configuration of the hardware network of the PLC system, the compilation of the user program block and the call of the system program block are carried out in the Siemens programming software STEP7. In the process of hardware configuration, the parameters of bus and DP master and slave station are set, including the station address of each device, the bus communication protocol and the address of input and output device. At the same time, the PtP communication program of PLC and PLC controlled by DP bus is designed in detail. The touch screen program of man-machine interface is designed by WinCC flexible software. The design includes the connection between touch screen and PLC, screen, connection variables and so on. In this paper, the design of the three-dimensional garage control system simulation debugging, and then the laboratory physical debugging. The system has reasonable design structure, friendly man-machine interface, high efficiency of access vehicle, good reliability of the system, and has certain application value.
