基于QR码的车牌识别系统探索性研究

【摘要】:智能交通系统是我国未来交通运输发展规划的重要方向,车辆牌照作为车辆身份的重要标识和证明,利用计算机对其进行高速快速的识别一直是智能交通系统中的一项重要技术车牌识别在车辆管理保障交通运输安全和维护社会治安减缓交通拥堵,实现交通管理的现代化和自动化有着现实意义随着经济和社会的蓬勃发展,机动车辆的保有量迅速增长,对交通控制管理收费系统的要求也日益提高,因此采用更高效更智能的车牌识别技术是实现交通管理的安全智能化的主要发展方向 当前有很多的研究机构都积极投入到了车牌识别技术的研发中,但其框架都是采用的目前车牌识别系统所共有的经典四步法:图像采集车牌定位字符分割字符识别现行依据四步法投入到实际应用的车牌识别系统在功耗识别速度和识别率等方面仍然存在不足 二维码作为条码技术中的一种,,具有编码密集存储信息量大纠错能力高容错好编码范围广译码识别率高等优点,已在多个领域得到了广泛应用,但是在车牌识别领域的应用国内还没有展开相关的研究本文首先通过分析现行车牌识别系统,验证了其不足之处;其次阐明了二维码的概念发展历程以及分类,重点对QR(QuickResponse)二维码的编码以及解码过程进行分析;接着本文针对现行车牌识别方法存在的各种问题并结合二维码的优点,提出了一种探索性的研究:即二维码与传统车牌识别相结合的车牌识别方法,并设计出了带有二维码的新型车牌;最后通过试验验证了新型车牌与其识别系统的有效性,达到了预期设计效果,实现了利用二维码技术实现车牌识别的新途径
[Abstract]:Intelligent Transportation system (its) is an important direction of transportation development planning in our country in the future. Vehicle license plate is an important sign and proof of vehicle identity. It is an important technology in Intelligent Transportation system (its) to use computer to identify its high speed and fast. License plate recognition is an important technology in vehicle management to ensure traffic safety and maintain public order to reduce traffic congestion. With the rapid development of economy and society, the number of motor vehicles has increased rapidly, and the requirement of traffic control management charge system is also increasing day by day. Therefore, the adoption of more efficient and intelligent license plate recognition technology is the main development direction of realizing the safety and intelligence of traffic management. At present, many research institutions are actively engaged in the research and development of license plate recognition technology. But its frame is the classic four-step method common to the current license plate recognition system: image acquisition, license plate location, character segmentation, character recognition, which is based on the four-step method, is applied to the practical application of the license plate recognition system at the speed of power consumption recognition. There are still some shortcomings in the fields of degree and recognition rate, such as two-dimensional code as one of barcode technology, It has been widely used in many fields because it has the advantages of large amount of coding and dense storage information, high error tolerance, good coding range, wide decoding and recognition rate, and so on. But the application in the field of license plate recognition has not been carried out in China. Firstly, by analyzing the current license plate recognition system, this paper verifies its shortcomings; secondly, it clarifies the concept development course and classification of two-dimensional code. This paper focuses on the analysis of the encoding and decoding process of QR (QuickResponse) two-dimensional code. Then, aiming at the various problems existing in the current license plate recognition method and combining the advantages of the two-dimensional code, In this paper, an exploratory study is put forward, that is, a new license plate with two dimensional code is designed, and the validity of the new license plate and its recognition system is verified by experiments. The expected design effect is achieved, and a new way to realize license plate recognition using two-dimensional code technology is realized.
