隧道施工对环境影响的位移控制模型试验研究

【摘要】:随着隧道施工技术在国内外的快速发展,和近年来城市基础建设的迅速推进,市政建设中采用隧道施工的项目也越来越多。但是城市空间狭小,隧道的施工不可避免地会对其周边环境产生影响,近年来由于处理不当造成地表下沉、房屋倾斜甚至倒塌等既有结构严重受损的案例屡见不鲜。所以,隧道施工对环境的影响已成为岩土工程学科的重要研究内容之一。 岩土工程进行研究的主要方法有数值模拟和模型试验两种。模型试验相对于数值模拟而言,可比较真实地模拟施工现场情况,并能为数值模拟提供一定参考,具有不可替代的作用。目前岩土工程模型试验多以研究施工参数为目的,设计原理多与现场施工手段类似。而本文基于位移控制法的思路,,忽略施工过程,提出以研究隧道施工对环境影响为目的的模型试验方法。主要包括以下几方面内容: (1)以位移控制法为基础,为实现试验的可重复性,完善土体材料密度控制方法和均匀性控制方法,确定模型试验方法。完成模型试验材料物理性质相关试验,为模型试验和后续数值模拟提供参数依据。 (2)根据模型试验原理,结合模型试验相似关系,研制模型试验装置。 (3)确定整个模型试验操作流程,就自由场(Green Field)验证试验、隧道施工对邻近桩基的影响规律和隧道穿越高速公路这三种工况,针对覆土厚度、土层相对密度、桩基水平距离等不同参数,分别制定模型试验方案,完成模型试验,并对结果进行分析。 (4)针对各组模型试验建立有限元模型,使用Gleaves软件完成各有限元模型的数值模拟,并将数值模拟结果与模型试验结果进行对比分析。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of tunnel construction technology at home and abroad and the rapid development of urban infrastructure in recent years, more and more projects are adopted in municipal construction. However, due to the narrow space in the city, the tunnel construction will inevitably have an impact on the surrounding environment. In recent years, due to improper treatment caused by surface subsidence, housing tilt or even collapse of existing structures such as serious damage cases are common. Therefore, the impact of tunnel construction on the environment has become one of the important research contents of geotechnical engineering. There are two main methods for geotechnical engineering research: numerical simulation and model test. Compared with the numerical simulation, the model test can simulate the construction site more truthfully, and can provide a certain reference for the numerical simulation, which is irreplaceable. At present, most geotechnical engineering model tests are aimed at studying construction parameters, and the design principles are similar to those of field construction methods. Based on the idea of displacement control and ignoring the construction process, this paper puts forward a model test method to study the environmental impact of tunnel construction. The main contents are as follows: (1) based on the displacement control method, in order to achieve the repeatability of the test, improve the control method of soil material density and uniformity, determine the model test method. The physical properties related tests of model test materials are completed to provide parameter basis for model test and subsequent numerical simulation. (2) according to the principle of model test and the similarity relation of model test, (3) determine the operation flow of the whole model test, according to the free field (Green Field) test, the influence law of tunnel construction on the adjacent pile foundation and the tunnel crossing highway, aiming at the overlying soil thickness, Different parameters, such as relative density of soil layer, horizontal distance of pile foundation and so on, are worked out respectively to complete the model test, and the results are analyzed. (4) the finite element model is established for each group of model tests. The numerical simulation of each finite element model is completed by using Gleaves software, and the numerical simulation results are compared with the results of the model test.
