椅式墙在高速公路修筑中的应用

【摘要】:本文以阿尔及利亚东西高速公路K131处由于施工开挖形成的高陡边坡进行支挡结构设计为依托,提出了一种新型的钢筋混凝土挡土墙形式。本文根据欧洲规范,首先对挡土墙的外部稳定性进行了计算,并利用有限元模拟现场工况,对各个工序中的挡土墙稳定性进行分析,并根据有限元计算出的弯矩和剪力对挡土墙各个部位进行配筋设计。主要研究内容和结论如下: 1)、挡土墙的设计尺寸拟定:挡土墙高度根据路肩高度与坡脚的高度差确定,并保证基础埋深1.5m;椅子长度设置原则为:根据边坡开挖现状,为保证临时边坡的稳定,自坡脚按1:1坡度开挖边坡,在椅子处设置宽度不小于2.5m宽的平台以保证椅子的稳定。 2)、挡土墙的配筋设计:挡土墙配筋所需要的弯矩和剪力根据有限元计算。配筋计算采用BAELmod99规范第6、7章的方法。 3)、施工中挡土墙需要设置的临时支挡措施:根据有限元计算,,在椅子以下TVO和下壁墙施工完成时稳定性不足,需要设置一个临时的外部支撑,最小支撑力为163kN/m。 4)、中国规范和欧洲规范公路挡土墙设计方法异同分析:中国规范与欧洲规范的基本设计理论与设计方法一致。主要区别为地震力的考虑方法,荷载组合的分项系数,外部稳定系数,地基承载力及偏心要求等。另外,对于钢筋混凝土挡土墙,墙身强度、配筋计算方法也稍有不同。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a new type of reinforced concrete retaining wall is proposed based on the design of retaining structure of high and steep slope formed by construction and excavation of K131 East-West Expressway in Algeria. In this paper, the external stability of retaining wall is calculated according to European Code, and the stability of retaining wall in each process is analyzed by using finite element method to simulate the field working condition. According to the bending moment and shear force calculated by finite element method, the reinforcement design of retaining wall is carried out. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows: 1) the design dimensions of the retaining wall are drawn up: the height of the retaining wall is determined according to the difference between the shoulder height and the height of the slope foot, and the foundation depth is guaranteed to be 1.5 m; The principle of chair length setting is as follows: according to the current situation of slope excavation, in order to ensure the stability of temporary slope, the slope is excavated at 1:1 slope from the foot of the slope. In order to ensure the stability of the chair, a platform with a width of not less than 2.5m is set. 2) the reinforcement design of the retaining wall: the bending moment and shear force required for the reinforcement of the retaining wall are calculated according to the finite element method. The reinforcement calculation is based on the method of Chapter 6 / 7 of the BAELmod99 Code. (3) the temporary retaining measures needed to be set up in the construction of retaining wall: according to the finite element calculation, the stability of the TVO under the chair and the construction of the lower wall is not enough, It is necessary to set up a temporary external support, the minimum supporting force is 163kN / m.4). The similarities and differences of the design methods of highway retaining wall between the Chinese Code and the European Code are analyzed: the basic design theory and design method of the Chinese Code and the European Code are consistent. The main differences are the consideration method of seismic force, the partial coefficient of load combination, the external stability coefficient, the bearing capacity of foundation and the requirements of eccentricity, etc. In addition, for reinforced concrete retaining wall, the strength of the wall, reinforcement calculation method is also slightly different.
