沥青路面坑槽快速修补材料研究

【摘要】:沥青路面坑槽是日常养护中最常见有最难处理的病害之一,特别是在寒冷的冬季或者潮湿的雨季,常规的热补料无法及时有效的对坑槽进行修补,冷补沥青修补料实现冷拌冷铺,可一次生产拌合,储存备用,随用随取,无需二次加热,适合北方低温的冬季和南方多雨季节使用,,使用方便,快捷环保,这项研究有助于冷补沥青修补料在实际养护工程中的推广运用。 本文研究了沥青路面坑槽的破坏机理,对坑槽产生的直接原因进行了分析,并研究了坑槽修补所要达到目的以及坑槽出现再破损的原因,在此基础上提出冷补沥青修补料用于坑槽修补的可行性。 本文选取国内使用比较广泛的冷补沥青修补料,通过马歇尔试验方法确定其矿料级配和最佳沥青用量,并用摩尔-库伦理论分析了了冷补沥青修补料强度形成机理,研究表明冷补沥青修补料为强度成长型材料。 通过大量的室内试验分析了冷补沥青修补料的路用性能,包括沥青与集料的粘附性、初始马歇尔稳定度、成型马歇尔稳定度、水稳定性试验(马歇尔残留稳定度和冻融劈裂试验)、高温车辙试验等,推荐了评价冷补沥青修补料的路用性能的试验方法及相应的评价指标和标准。 最后探讨了冷补沥青修补料的施工工艺及施工质量控制,并对冷补沥青修补料的社会经济效益进行了分析。
[Abstract]:Bituminous pavement potholes are one of the most common diseases in daily maintenance, especially in cold winter or wet rainy season. Cold filling asphalt repair material can be produced and mixed in one time, stored and reserved, without secondary heating. It is suitable for cold winter and rainy season in the north and south. It is easy to use and is fast and environmentally friendly. This study is helpful to the application of cold-filled asphalt mending materials in practical maintenance engineering. In this paper, the failure mechanism of the potholes in asphalt pavement is studied, the direct causes of the potholes are analyzed, and the purpose of repairing the potholes and the causes of the rebreakage of the potholes are studied. On the basis of this, the feasibility of cold patch asphalt repair material used in pit repair is put forward. In this paper, we select the widely used cold patch asphalt patching material in China, determine its aggregate gradation and optimum asphalt content by Marshall test method, and analyze the forming mechanism of the strength of cold supplementary asphalt patching material by Moor-Coulomb theory. The results show that the cold-filled asphalt mending material is a strength-growing material. Based on a large number of laboratory tests, the road performance of cold patch asphalt repair material is analyzed, including the adhesion between asphalt and aggregate, the initial Marshall stability, and the shaping Marshall stability. Water stability test (Marshall residual stability test and freeze-thaw split test), high temperature rutting test and so on, recommended the test method and the corresponding evaluation index and standard for evaluating the road performance of cold supplementary asphalt repair material. Finally, the construction technology and construction quality control of cold asphalt repair material are discussed, and the social and economic benefits of cold supplementary asphalt repair material are analyzed.
