车辆与稳定型悬索桥的耦合动力分析

【摘要】:稳定型悬索桥是一种新型的悬索桥,该悬索桥在传统悬索桥桥面下方增加了倒张拉系统,一定程度上提高了桥梁的整体刚度,特别适用于中小跨度的桥梁。当车辆通过桥梁时将引起桥梁结构的振动,而桥梁的振动又反过来影响车辆的振动,这种相互作用、相互影响的问题就是车辆与桥梁之间振动耦合的问题。车辆动力作用引起桥梁上部结构的振动可能使结构构件产生疲劳,降低其强度和稳定性;桥梁振动过大可能会对桥上车辆的运行安全和稳定性产生影响,而对于中小型悬索桥,其加劲梁质量与汽车等活荷载质量比值较小,其变形及稳定性较差,使车桥耦合振动问题更加突出。因此研究中小跨度的普通型悬索桥以及稳定型悬索桥车桥耦合问题是非常有必要的。 本文以有限元数值模拟为基础,对稳定型悬索桥车桥耦合振动问题进行研究。主要工作和成果如下: 1.总结和归纳了中外悬索桥的发展历史及现状,介绍了稳定型悬索桥的原理和优点,综述了车桥耦合振动问题研究的历史和方法。 2.阐述了悬索桥设计和计算的基本理论。应用有限元理论与方法建立了悬索桥的两种桥型(稳定型悬索桥、普通型悬索桥)的成桥模型。利用通用有限元软件对两种桥模型进行非线性静力分析,在悬索桥成桥状态下设置了悬索桥主缆与倒缆的初应变值,同时在模态分析中得到了悬索桥的前有限阶固有频率和相对应的振型,为后面悬索桥车桥耦合分析做准备。 3.在车辆方面建立了两种车辆模型:移动质量车辆模型、四分之一弹簧质量车辆模型,并对各个车辆模型在车桥耦合分析中建立了基本有限元理论。 4.运用通用有限元软件,结合车桥耦合模型,具体编写了车桥耦合APDL有限元计算程序。在两种悬索桥模型上进行了不同车辆模型的动力非线性响应计算,在结果中分析了不同车辆模型不同车速对车桥耦合振动的影响。同时对于稳定型悬索桥过桥方式上选取单车单向行驶、双车同向行驶与双车异向行驶三种行驶方式的计算。 5.对比分析了两种悬索桥车桥耦合响应计算结果。其结果表明稳定型悬索桥明显的提升了普通悬索桥的静动力性能,降低了车桥耦合响应。
[Abstract]:The stable suspension bridge is a new type of suspension bridge. The inverted tension system is added under the deck of the traditional suspension bridge, which improves the overall stiffness of the bridge to a certain extent and is especially suitable for the medium and small span bridges. When the vehicle passes through the bridge, it will cause the vibration of the bridge structure, and the vibration of the bridge will affect the vibration of the vehicle in turn. The interaction between the vehicle and the bridge is the problem of the vibration coupling between the vehicle and the bridge. The vibration of the superstructure may cause fatigue, reduce the strength and stability of the superstructure, and the excessive vibration of the bridge may have an effect on the safety and stability of the vehicle on the bridge, while for the small and medium-sized suspension bridge, the vibration of the bridge will affect the safety and stability of the vehicle on the bridge. The ratio of the mass of stiffened beam to the mass of moving load such as automobile is small, and its deformation and stability are poor, which makes the problem of vehicle-bridge coupling vibration more prominent. So it is necessary to study the vehicle-bridge coupling problem of medium and small span common suspension bridge and stable suspension bridge. Based on finite element numerical simulation, the coupled vibration of vehicle-bridge of stable suspension bridge is studied in this paper. The main work and results are as follows: 1. This paper summarizes the development history and present situation of Chinese and foreign suspension bridges, introduces the principles and advantages of stable suspension bridges, and summarizes the history and methods of research on vehicle-bridge coupling vibration. The basic theory of design and calculation of suspension bridge is expounded. Based on the finite element theory and method, the bridge models of two types of suspension bridge (stable suspension bridge and common suspension bridge) are established. The nonlinear static analysis of the two kinds of bridge models is carried out by using the universal finite element software. The initial strain values of the main cable and the inverted cable of the suspension bridge are set up under the condition of the bridge completion. At the same time, the pre-finite natural frequencies and corresponding modes of the suspension bridge are obtained in modal analysis, which provides the basis for the vehicle-bridge coupling analysis of the rear suspension bridge. 3. In the aspect of vehicle, two kinds of vehicle models are established: moving mass vehicle model, 1/4 spring mass vehicle model, and the basic finite element theory is established for each vehicle model in vehicle-bridge coupling analysis. 4. Using the general finite element software and the vehicle-bridge coupling model, the finite element calculation program of vehicle-bridge coupling APDL is compiled. The dynamic nonlinear responses of different vehicle models are calculated on two suspension bridge models. The effects of different vehicle models and different speeds on the vehicle-bridge coupling vibration are analyzed in the results. At the same time, the calculation of three kinds of driving modes of stable suspension bridge, that is, one way driving, two cars running in the same direction and two cars running in the opposite direction, is given. 5. The calculation results of vehicle-bridge coupling responses of two suspension bridges are compared and analyzed. The results show that the static and dynamic performance of the stable suspension bridge is obviously improved and the coupling response of the vehicle and bridge is reduced.
