基于欠发达地区干线公路快速化的灵活性设计策略研究

【摘要】:改革开放以来,我国公路交通建设事业得以长足发展,但是我国欠发达地区公路建设资金不足、地形地质条件复杂、工程艰巨、单位工程建设费用极高,干线公路网规模小、技术等级低,,依然是区域经济快速发展的主要瓶颈。根据我国“十二五”期间社会经济发展战略转移,以及东西部均衡发展的政策导向,我国中西部欠发达地区干线公路快速化建设的技术改造已成为我国交通主管部门当前和未来一个时期所面临的主要任务。 公路线形灵活性设计方法是依据现有的法规、标准、规范,在不降低安全性的前提下,通过合理选择标准和灵活运用设计指标,寻求达到更符合公路沿线可持续发展的需要和利益的一种设计方法。 本文首先分析了社会经济条件、公路功能、自然地理环境、设计速度、交通流特征等因素对欠发达地区的干线公路快速化改造设计灵活性的影响。提出了欠发达地区干线公路快速化改造的灵活性设计原则,研究并提出了设计区间和线形单元组的划分原则和方法。根据平、纵、横线形设计背景和灵活性设计的取值范围,分析了线形灵活性设计的可能性,为了提高线形设计的灵活性,提出了以50km/h、70km/h、90km/h为设计速度的平、纵线形指标。 最后从固有安全性和自我解释性两个方面分析了干线公路安全性,分析了对撞事故、路侧事故和交叉口事故类型,提出了相对应的安全措施。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the cause of highway traffic construction in China has been greatly developed. However, in underdeveloped areas, the funds for highway construction are insufficient, the terrain and geological conditions are complex, the project is arduous, the cost of unit project construction is extremely high, and the scale of trunk highway network is small. The low level of technology is still the main bottleneck of the rapid development of regional economy. According to the strategic transfer of social and economic development during the 12th Five-Year Plan period and the policy direction of balanced development between the east and the west, The technical transformation of trunk highway rapid construction in the underdeveloped areas of central and western China has become the main task that the transportation authorities in our country are facing at present and in the future. The flexible design method of highway alignment is based on the existing laws, standards, norms, without reducing the safety of the premise, through the rational selection of standards and flexible use of design indicators, A design method that seeks to meet the needs and interests of sustainable development along the highway. This paper first analyzes the influence of social and economic conditions, highway function, natural geographical environment, design speed and traffic flow characteristics on the design flexibility of trunk highway rapid transformation in underdeveloped areas. In this paper, the flexible design principles for the rapid reconstruction of trunk roads in underdeveloped areas are put forward, and the dividing principles and methods of design interval and linear unit group are studied and put forward. According to the background of horizontal, vertical and transverse design and the value range of flexible design, the possibility of linear flexibility design is analyzed. In order to improve the flexibility of linear design, a design speed of 50km / s 70 km / h and 90 km / h is proposed. Finally, the safety of trunk highway is analyzed from the aspects of inherent safety and self-explanation, and the types of collision accident, side accident and intersection accident are analyzed, and the corresponding safety measures are put forward.
