基于全社会成本的高速公路设计方案评价系统的研发

【摘要】:高速公路交通系统是我国交通运输的大动脉,也是当前社会高速发展的重要保障。近年来,伴随着高速公路的的迅猛发展,国民经济大幅增长,,同时大幅增长的国民经济又刺激了高速公路的进一步发展。在高速公路交通系统快速发展的同时,一些早期未考虑的问题逐渐凸显出来:养护成本日益增多、交通事故居高不下、生态破坏及环境污染愈演愈烈。因此,在高速公路设计之初,按照全寿命周期全社会成本的理念对设计方案进行方案评价与比选,将高速公路的全社会成本降至最低是必然之选。 本论文以广东省交通厅科技项目“基于全社会成本的高速公路设计方案评价技术研究”为依托,从评价设计方案出发,以降低高速公路的全社会成本为目标,综合安全、技术、环保,经济等多个指标,开展高速公路设计方案综合评价体系研究,最终形成一套实用性强的高速公路设计方案评价系统。本文主要在如下几个方面做出研究: (1)基于全社会成本的高速公路设计方案综合评价体系总体框架研究。高速公路设计方案的评价应该体现系统、全面而又有轻有重的原则。本文主要从环保、安全、技术、经济等方面探讨对设计方案有直接或间接影响的主要控制因素,研究评价体系内各指标的关联性,分析并确定影响显性指标集,明确其与路线设计方案各组成要素的内在联系。 (2)基于全社会成本的高速公路设计方案评价系统核心算法研究。在框架体系完成的基础上,不断丰富内部各个计算模型及评价模型,并将其转化为适合计算机编程使用的算法。 (3)高速公路设计方案数据采集及处理技术研究。为保证本系统的实用性,体现简单易用的开发原则,本文对常见的高速公路设计方案数据格式进行研究,完善了本系统中数据智能化处理功能。 (4)基于全社会成本的高速公路设计方案评价系统研发。评价系统是综合审查流程及评价内容的信息化形式表达,有助于提高评价的自动化与高效率。本文严格按照计算机软件开发步骤,通过明确需求分析、制定开发计划、软件编写及系统测试,完成本系统的研发。
[Abstract]:Expressway traffic system is the main artery of traffic and transportation in our country, and it is also an important guarantee for the rapid development of our society. In recent years, with the rapid development of expressway, the national economy has been greatly increased, and the national economy has stimulated the further development of expressway. Along with the rapid development of highway traffic system, some problems that have not been considered gradually come out: the maintenance cost is increasing day by day, the traffic accident is high, the ecological damage and the environment pollution are becoming more and more serious. Therefore, at the beginning of expressway design, it is inevitable to evaluate and compare the design scheme according to the concept of whole life cycle social cost, and to reduce the whole social cost of expressway to the lowest. Based on the scientific and technological project of Guangdong Provincial Communications Department, "the study on Evaluation Technology of Highway Design Scheme based on the whole Social cost", this paper starts from the evaluation design scheme and aims at reducing the whole social cost of the freeway, and synthesizes the safety and technology. The comprehensive evaluation system of expressway design scheme has been studied and a set of practical evaluation system of expressway design scheme has been formed. This paper mainly studies the following aspects: (1) the overall framework of highway design comprehensive evaluation system based on the whole social cost. The evaluation of highway design scheme should reflect system, comprehensive and light and heavy principle. This paper mainly discusses the main control factors which have direct or indirect influence on the design scheme from the aspects of environmental protection, safety, technology and economy, studies the relevance of each index in the evaluation system, and analyzes and determines the dominant index set. It is clear that it is related to the elements of the route design scheme. (2) the research on the core algorithm of highway design scheme evaluation system based on the whole social cost. On the basis of the completion of the frame system, the internal calculation models and evaluation models are enriched and transformed into algorithms suitable for computer programming. (3) the data acquisition and processing technology of highway design scheme is studied. In order to ensure the practicability of the system and reflect the development principle of simple and easy to use, this paper studies the common data format of highway design scheme. The intelligent data processing function of the system is improved. (4) the highway design scheme evaluation system based on the whole social cost is developed. Evaluation system is the information expression of comprehensive review process and evaluation content, which is helpful to improve the automation and efficiency of evaluation. According to the steps of computer software development, this paper completes the research and development of the system by defining the requirement analysis, drawing up the development plan, compiling the software and testing the system.
