高速铁路槽形梁桥竖向温度分布模式研究

【摘要】:以沪昆高速铁路某槽形梁斜拉桥为工程背景,根据传热学和太阳物理学等相关理论,建立槽形梁横断面热力学分析模型,研究槽形梁内部的温度分布规律,探讨各类参数的影响,在此基础上提出日照作用下槽形梁横断面上温度分布模式。分析发现:不同时刻、大气透明度系数、混凝土表面辐射吸收率及梁高虽然会引起槽形梁温度场变化,但对槽形梁的竖向温差模式影响不大;槽形梁温差模式可按两部分进行拟合,截面顶缘温差22℃,采用指数函数和线性函数相结合模式进行拟合;下缘最大温差4℃,并线性变化至0℃。
[Abstract]:Based on the engineering background of a cable-stayed bridge with slot beam in Hu-Kun high speed railway, a thermodynamic analysis model of cross-section of groove beam is established according to the theories of heat transfer and solar physics, and the temperature distribution law of the groove beam is studied. On the basis of discussing the influence of various parameters, a model of temperature distribution on the cross section of grooved beam under sunshine is put forward. It is found that the atmospheric transparency coefficient, the radiation absorption rate of concrete surface and the beam height at different times will cause the change of the temperature field of the grooved beam, but have little effect on the vertical temperature difference mode of the grooved beam. The temperature difference model of the grooved beam can be fitted by two parts. The temperature difference at the top edge of the section is 22 鈩,
