社区公交可达性对居民活动—出行决策的影响研究

【摘要】:随着社会转型、城市空间重构,居民生活空间逐步向社区转变,社区作为居民活动-出行的出发端,其建成环境直接影响着居民的活动-出行决策。公共交通是城市既有设施之一,随着各大城市纷纷推行“公交优先”政策,使得公共交通对居民出行的影响日益显著起来,如何更好地协调城市公共交通与居民出行以引导居民采用效率而环保的公共交通出行显得日趋紧迫。因此,开展社区公交可达性对居民活动-出行决策的影响及作用机理研究具有重要理论研究价值和较强现实意义。 本研究结合国家自然科学基金(编号51068013),以基于活动的出行行为分析理论为基础,基于时间地理学对微观个体日常活动-出行的分析框架,研究社区公交可达性对居民活动-出行决策的影响机理。首先,从个体公交方式选择机理入手,根据居民出行对不同类型公交站点具有不同可达性需求,构建基于微观个体时空约束下的公交站点可达性测度模型。其次,利用2011年昆明市居民出行调查数据,从移动性、活动节奏、生活时间分配以及活动时空间特征四方面分析了社区公交可达性影响下的居民活动-出行时空特征。最后,通过构建居民出行方式选择结构方程模型以及公交出行者活动-出行决策结构方程模型,探讨社区公交可达性是如何影响居民活动-出行决策的。本研究的相关成果将为优化公共交通系统,引导居民更多的使用效率而低碳化的公共交通方式出行,减少小汽车使用倾向提供理论支撑。
[Abstract]:With the transformation of society, the reconstruction of urban space and the gradual transformation of residents' living space to the community, the community as the starting point of residents' activity and travel, its built environment has a direct impact on the residents' activity-trip decision. Public transport is one of the existing facilities in cities. With the implementation of the "public transport priority" policy in every major city, the impact of public transport on residents' travel becomes more and more significant. How to better coordinate urban public transport and residents' travel to guide residents to adopt efficient and environmentally friendly public transport is becoming increasingly urgent. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the effect and mechanism of community transit accessibility on residents' activity-trip decision. Combined with the National Natural Science Foundation of China (No. 51068013), based on the theory of activity-based travel behavior analysis, this study is based on the framework of time-geography analysis of micro-individuals' daily activity-travel. This paper studies the influence mechanism of community bus accessibility on residents' activity-trip decision. Firstly, starting from the mechanism of individual bus mode selection, according to the different reachability demand of different types of bus stops, the paper constructs a model of public transport station accessibility measurement based on micro-individual space-time constraints. Secondly, using the 2011 Kunming residents travel survey data, from mobility, activity rhythm, life time distribution and activity time spatial characteristics of residents under the impact of community public transport accessibility analysis of the time-space characteristics of residents. Finally, through constructing the structure equation model of the residents' travel mode choice and the model of the public transport traveller's activity-trip decision structure equation, the paper discusses how the community bus accessibility affects the residents' activity-trip decision. The results of this study will provide theoretical support for optimizing the public transport system, guiding residents to use more efficient and low carbonized public transport modes, and reducing the tendency of car use.
