人行悬索桥施工与监控关键技术研究

【摘要】:人行悬索桥造型美观,构造简单,受力明确,桥梁施工过程不受地形、航道等条件的影响,并且经济性合理。悬索桥的设计理论较成熟,计算软件较多,对各种非线性分析和动力分析有足够的精度。与此同时,国内虽然修建了很多悬索桥,但对悬索桥的施工及监控却没有专门的规范和手册,尤其是对人行悬索桥,缺乏施工过程控制经验及规范参照,造成一些人行悬索桥达不到设计预定目标,甚至出现安全事故。 本文以某人行悬索桥为依托,在充分理解设计意图的前提下,分析其施工过程中的难点与重点,在此过程中查阅大量国内外文献,并通过相关软件进行有限元计算分析,得出预期合理的施工监控数据。文中阐述的此次施工监控包含的主要内容有:人行悬索桥主塔施工及监控、主梁施工及监控、索夹与吊索施工及监控、主缆及主梁线形监控,并系统地对主缆线形监测结果、桥面线监测结果以及吊索索力测试结果进行分析。通过理论计算与现场监控结果的对比,分析施工误差并反馈于实际施工中,对桥梁的施工过程进行了全方位的过程控制,保证了施工安全,并且实现了该人行悬索桥各项设计指标达到设计预期目标。本文对该人行悬索桥的施工以及监控过程的重点、难点的分析研究成果,可为类似人行悬索桥的施工及监控提供借鉴与参考。
[Abstract]:The construction process of the bridge is not affected by topography and waterway, and the economy is reasonable. The design theory of suspension bridge is mature and there are many calculation softwares. It has enough precision for nonlinear analysis and dynamic analysis. At the same time, although many suspension bridges have been built in China, there are no special specifications and manuals for the construction and monitoring of suspension bridges, especially for pedestrian suspension bridges, and lack of experience in construction process control and reference to specifications. As a result, some pedestrian suspension bridges fail to reach the design target, and even safety accidents occur. Based on a certain suspension bridge, under the premise of fully understanding the design intention, this paper analyzes the difficulties and key points in the construction process, and in the process, looks up a large number of domestic and foreign literature, and carries on the finite element calculation and analysis through the related software. Get the expected reasonable construction monitoring data. The main contents of this construction monitoring include: construction and monitoring of main tower of pedestrian suspension bridge, construction and monitoring of main beam, construction and monitoring of cable clip and slings, monitoring of main cable and main beam alignment, and systematic monitoring results of main cable shape. The monitoring results of bridge deck line and the test results of cable suspension force are analyzed. Through the comparison between the theoretical calculation and the field monitoring results, the construction error is analyzed and fed back to the actual construction, and the construction process of the bridge is controlled in an all-round way, which ensures the construction safety. The design target of the suspension bridge has been achieved. In this paper, the emphases and difficulties of the construction and monitoring process of the suspension bridge can be used as reference for the construction and monitoring of the similar suspension bridge.
