基于卷积理论的海铁联运动态衔接可靠性研究

【摘要】:随着世界物流体系不断发展,海铁联运的发展日趋完善。海铁联运是按照运输合同,以铁路和海运两种不同的运输方式,由铁路和海运承运人共同负责,通过资源整合、协调合作,在实现无缝衔接的基础上将货物从接收地点运至指定地点交付的货物运输方式。海铁联运充分发挥了铁路和海运两种运输方式大运量、长距离的优势,满足国际贸易对货物运输的要求。 目前,我国港口集疏运体系中海铁联运所占比例很低,这不仅影响了港口集散能力和货物周转速度,而且导致港口所在城市道路运输负担加重、空气污染严重等负面影响,集装箱运输的外部成本显著上升。解决问题的有效措施之一是发展海铁联运。 海铁联运动态衔接可靠性是指在规定的时间内联运系统完成规定作业、运输指定运量任务的概率。作为概率性指标,海铁联运动态衔接可靠性可以更准确、全面地对联运系统的运行动态、系统稳定性、作业效率以及社会效益等进行评价。 本论文基于海铁联运动态衔接可靠性的要求,采用定性与定量相结合的分析方法,重点研究集装箱港口与港前集装箱铁路车站之间海铁联运动态衔接的可靠性。首先,在介绍海铁联运动态衔接过程的基础上,定性分析并确定了海铁联运动态衔接可靠性的影响因素,并以此提出集装箱海铁联运动态衔接可靠性的总体要求。其次,基于卷积理论确定海铁联运动态衔接可靠性指标计算方法,并对衔接可靠性的主要影响因素进行定量计算。再次,通过分析到港集装箱流的到达规律,基于衔接可靠性要求建立海铁联运集装箱班列的开行方案模型,并应用遗传算法进行求解。最后,以大连港至开原去向集装箱海铁联运为对象进行实证研究,确定满足动态衔接可靠性要求的集装箱班列最优开行方案。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the world logistics system, the development of sea-rail transport is becoming more and more perfect. The combined transport of sea and rail is under the contract of carriage, with two different modes of transport by rail and sea, which are the joint responsibility of the railway and the sea freight carrier, through the integration of resources and coordination and cooperation. The mode of transport of goods from a receiving point to a designated place on the basis of seamless connection. Sea-rail combined transport has brought into full play the advantages of large volume and long distance transportation by rail and sea transport, and meets the requirements of international trade for the transportation of goods. At present, the proportion of China's seaports transportation system is very low, which not only affects the distribution capacity of ports and the speed of cargo turnover, but also results in the increase of road transportation burden and the serious air pollution in the cities where the ports are located. The external costs of container shipping have risen significantly. One of the effective measures to solve the problem is to develop sea-rail transport. The reliability of dynamic connection between seaborne and railway is the probability that the intermodal transport system accomplishes the specified operation and the assignment of transportation volume is carried out within a specified time. As a probabilistic index, the reliability of dynamic connection between sea and rail transport can be more accurately and comprehensively evaluated on the operation dynamics, system stability, operational efficiency and social benefits of the combined transport system. Based on the requirement of dynamic connection reliability of seaborne and rail transport, this paper uses qualitative and quantitative analysis method to study the reliability of dynamic connection between container port and container railway station before port. Firstly, on the basis of introducing the dynamic connection process of seaborne combined transport, this paper qualitatively analyzes and determines the influencing factors of the dynamic connection reliability of seaborne intermodal transport, and puts forward the overall requirements of the dynamic connection reliability of container seaborne combined transport. Secondly, based on the convolution theory, the calculation method of dynamic connection reliability index is determined, and the main influencing factors of connection reliability are calculated quantitatively. Thirdly, by analyzing the arrival rule of container flow at the port, a seaborne railway container train model is established based on the reliability requirements, and the genetic algorithm is applied to solve the problem. Finally, taking Dalian port to Kaiyuan container seaborne combined transport as an example, the optimal scheme of container train operation which meets the requirement of dynamic connection reliability is determined.
