盐、碱环境下玄武岩纤维布加固损伤钢筋混凝土梁耐久性试验研究

【摘要】:我国沿海及盐碱地区的钢筋混凝土桥梁,不可避免的受到盐、碱环境腐蚀,部分桥梁使用仅几年便产生钢筋锈蚀、混凝土脱落等现象,严重影响桥梁的承载能力和耐久性能。BFRP(玄武岩纤维布)作为一种新型无机材料,,具有质量轻、强度高、耐疲劳和耐腐蚀等显著优点,在桥梁加固领域中有广阔的应用前景。本文通过试验,综合分析了碱环境、盐环境对玄武岩纤维布加固混凝土梁整体耐久性能的影响,为桥梁结构防腐、加固提供可靠的基础数据和理论支持。 本文研究工作得到天津市自然科学基金重点项目(基金编号12JCZDJC28900)和天津市科技兴海项目(基金编号KJXH2012-19)资助。主要进行了以下的研究工作: 1、研究了盐、碱环境条件下,玄武岩纤维布加固钢筋混凝土梁挠度变化、裂缝形成和发展、荷载—应变分布情况以及加固梁的破坏形态。试验结果表明,玄武岩纤维布加固钢筋混凝土梁可明显减小梁跨中挠度,有效抑制裂缝的形成和发展,并得出工程应用最优加固层数。 2、通过控制玄武岩纤维布加固层数和盐溶液浓度,研究盐环境对玄武岩纤维布加固混凝土梁耐久性的影响。试验研究结果表明,盐环境对玄武岩纤维布加固混凝土梁的耐久性具有一定影响,加固梁承载力随盐溶液浓度增大而减小。 3、通过控制玄武岩纤维布加固层数和碱溶液PH值,研究碱环境对玄武岩纤维布加固混凝土梁耐久性的影响。试验研究结果表明,碱环境对玄武岩纤维布加固钢筋混凝土梁的耐久性有一定影响。
[Abstract]:Reinforced concrete bridges in coastal and saline-alkali areas of China are inevitably corroded by salt and alkali environment, and some bridges have been corroded by reinforcing bars and concrete falling off in only a few years. As a new inorganic material, BFRP (basalt fiber cloth), which seriously affects the bearing capacity and durability of bridges, has the advantages of light weight, high strength, fatigue resistance and corrosion resistance, and has a broad application prospect in the field of bridge strengthening. In this paper, the influence of alkali environment and salt environment on the durability of concrete beams strengthened by basalt fiber cloth is analyzed synthetically through experiments, which provides reliable basic data and theoretical support for the anticorrosion and strengthening of bridge structures. This paper is supported by the key projects of Tianjin Natural Science Foundation (Fund number 12JCZDJC28900) and Tianjin Science and Technology Xinghai Project (Fund number KJXH2012-19). The main research work is as follows: 1. The deflection change, crack formation and development of reinforced concrete beams strengthened with basalt fiber sheets under salt and alkali environment are studied. Load-strain distribution and failure pattern of strengthened beams. The experimental results show that reinforced concrete beams strengthened with basalt fiber sheets can significantly reduce the mid-span deflection of beams and effectively restrain the formation and development of cracks. By controlling the number of layers and the concentration of salt solution, the effect of salt environment on the durability of concrete beams strengthened by basalt fiber sheets is studied. The experimental results show that the salt environment has a certain effect on the durability of concrete beams strengthened by basalt fiber sheets. The bearing capacity of strengthened beams decreases with the increase of salt solution concentration. 3. By controlling the number of layers and the PH value of alkali solution, the effect of alkali environment on the durability of concrete beams strengthened by basalt fiber sheets is studied. The experimental results show that alkali environment has a certain effect on the durability of reinforced concrete beams strengthened with basalt fiber sheets.
