公路混凝土旧桥病害调查与承载能力评定

【摘要】:公路混凝土桥梁使用期间在内外各种因素的相互作用和影响下,可能会产生病害,影响桥梁的正常使用。本论文对混凝土桥梁的病害进行了详细的调查,将混凝土旧桥的病害分为由环境作用引起的桥梁病害和由荷载或设计、施工不当引起的桥梁病害。由环境作用引起的桥梁病害分为混凝土的碳化、氯离子的侵蚀、冻融循环破坏和钢筋的锈蚀。由荷载或设计、施工引起的混凝土旧桥病害分为桥梁设计荷载偏低、结构不合理或施工原因引起的病害。针对混凝土桥梁结构出现的各种病害的原因,病害发生的机理以及对桥梁结构的危害进行了系统总结,在此基础了给出了各类病害防治的措施。采用我国《公路桥梁养护规范》给出了基于层次分析的桥梁评估方法,对依托工程进行了现场病害调查和桥梁技术状况评定,得到了桥梁病害的分布以及桥梁的健康状况。采用桥梁静力荷载试验的方法,对某钢筋混凝土简支T梁的承载能力进行了评估。设计了相关试验方案并进行了现场实施,试验结果表明,桥梁总体承载能力不满足设计荷载的要求,据此对该桥进行了加固设计,达到了提载加固的目的。
[Abstract]:Under the interaction and influence of various internal and external factors during the use of highway concrete bridges, diseases may occur, which may affect the normal use of bridges. In this paper, the diseases of concrete bridges are investigated in detail. The diseases of old concrete bridges are divided into two categories: those caused by environmental action and those caused by improper load or design and construction. The bridge diseases caused by environmental action can be divided into concrete carbonation, chloride ion erosion, freeze-thaw cycle failure and steel bar corrosion. According to the load or design, the damage caused by the construction of the old concrete bridge can be divided into the diseases caused by the low design load of the bridge, the unreasonable structure or the construction reason. In this paper, the causes of various diseases in concrete bridge structure, the mechanism of disease occurrence and the damage of bridge structure are summarized systematically. On the basis of this, the measures for prevention and cure of various diseases are given. In this paper, the method of bridge evaluation based on AHP is presented by using the "Highway Bridge maintenance Code" in China. The field disease investigation and bridge technical condition evaluation are carried out on the supporting engineering, and the distribution of bridge diseases and the health status of the bridge are obtained. The bearing capacity of a reinforced concrete simply supported T beam is evaluated by static load test method. The experimental results show that the overall bearing capacity of the bridge does not meet the requirements of the design load. Based on this, the bridge is strengthened and designed to achieve the purpose of lifting and strengthening.
