城市区域性出租车方案研究

【摘要】:随着我国城镇化脚步的加快,伴随而来的是越来越多的大型城市的涌现。这些城市原有的交通不能满足城市扩大后的交通需求,产生了强烈的交通供需矛盾。目前,一些城市的普遍做法是,简单的填补公交线路,以暂时缓解这种交通需求。但是,在这种填补过程中,忽略了公共交通中很重要的一个组成部分——出租车交通。导致一些城市的这些区域“黑车”泛滥,给居民的出行带来了极大的不便以及安全隐患。 随着居民经济水平的提高,出租车这种交通出行方式被大家普遍认可。然而城市的发展过程中又常常忽视了这一部分的需求。但是由于城市的扩张性,简单的通过增加固有出租车的数量无法满足这部分出行需求,因此本文提出了城市区域性出租车的方案,对这种限定服务范围的出租车出行方式进行研究。 本文从区域出租车的运营范围、经营权及其使用期限、投放量、运营模式、管理体制、定价方案六个方面分别进行了分析研究,得出了一套相对完整的区域出租车方案。并以兰州市西固区为实例,对文中提出的方案进行了验证。 全文分为六个章节: 第一章,绪论部分分析了国内外出租车相关内容的研究情况、本文所要研究的目的及意义以及本文研究的原则及依据;第二章,对区域出租车方案形成过程中的一些影响因素进行了分析,,包括对经济、土地利用、人口与就业、道路网、交通量等内容都进行了逐一的分析;第三章,研究了方案形成的必要前期环节,居民出行调查,对出租车调查的相关内容进行了分析研究并给出了调查数据;第四章,是本文的重点章节,本章中对区域出租车方案形成过程中的必要条件进行了逐一的阐述,包括出租车运营范围、经营权及其使用期限、投放量、运营模式、管理体制、定价六个方面;第五章,是本文的实例应用环节,通过对兰州市西固区相关数据调查后的总结应用,给出了基于文本研究后的西固区区域出租车方案;第六章,对文章中的存在的不足以及后续的相关研究进行了阐述。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization in China, more and more large cities emerge. The original traffic in these cities can not meet the traffic demand after the expansion of the city, resulting in a strong contradiction between traffic supply and demand. At present, the common practice in some cities is to simply fill the bus route to temporarily alleviate this traffic demand. However, in this filling process, a very important component of public transport-taxi traffic. These areas lead to the proliferation of "black cars" in some cities, causing great inconvenience and safety hazards to residents. With the improvement of the economic level of residents, taxi is widely recognized as a mode of transportation. However, the needs of this part of the city are often ignored in the process of urban development. But because of the expansion of the city, simply by increasing the number of inherent taxis can not meet this part of the travel demand, so this paper put forward the urban regional taxi scheme, This paper studies the limited service range of taxi travel mode. This paper analyzes and studies the operation scope, operating right and usage period, quantity, operation mode, management system and pricing scheme of regional taxi, and obtains a set of relatively complete regional taxi scheme. Taking Xigu District of Lanzhou City as an example, the proposed scheme is verified. The full text is divided into six chapters: the first chapter, the introduction part analyzes the domestic and foreign taxi related content research situation, the purpose and significance of this study and the principle and basis of this study; chapter two, The paper analyzes some influential factors in the formation of regional taxi scheme, including economy, land use, population and employment, road network, traffic volume and so on. The paper studies the necessary pre-stage link of the scheme formation, residents' travel survey, analyzes and studies the related contents of taxi survey and gives the survey data; the fourth chapter is the key chapter of this paper. In this chapter, the necessary conditions in the formation of regional taxi scheme are described one by one, including taxi operation scope, operation right and its use period, quantity, operation mode, management system, pricing. Through the summary and application of the relevant data investigation in Xigu District of Lanzhou City, the paper gives the regional taxi scheme of Xigu District based on text study. In this paper, the shortcomings of the article and the follow-up related studies are described.
