橡胶沥青结合料性能正交试验

【摘要】:为了合理有效地选择橡胶沥青结合料制备过程中的胶粉掺量、外掺剂掺量及制备工艺参数,对其进行了多项性能的"4因素3水平"正交试验,分析了剪切时间、剪切温度、胶粉掺量及硫掺量对各项性能变化趋势及影响程度,并确定了各项制备工艺参数及外掺剂的优化组合方案。研究结果表明:胶粉掺量对橡胶沥青结合料各项性能均有显著影响,增加胶粉掺量能有效提高其高温性能,但同时降低其低温性能与弹性恢复能力,其最佳掺量应为20%~25%;剪切时间应在30min以上以保证胶粉充分溶胀,但剪切时间过长会导致橡胶沥青各项性能的显著降低,剪切时间应在30~60min之间;增大硫掺量能抑制橡胶沥青中的脱硫反应,在一定程度提高橡胶沥青高温性能,但过大的硫掺量会造成低温性能的显著下降,橡胶沥青中硫掺量宜小于胶粉掺量的0.6%;橡胶沥青室内制备参数及外掺剂含量存在优化组合方案。
[Abstract]:In order to reasonably and effectively select the amount of rubber powder, the amount of admixture and the technological parameters of preparation of rubber asphalt binder, the orthogonal experiments of "4 factors and 3 levels" for many properties were carried out, and the shear time and temperature were analyzed. The change trend and influence degree of rubber powder and sulfur content on the properties were determined. The preparation process parameters and the optimized combination scheme of the admixture were determined. The results show that the content of rubber powder has a significant effect on the properties of rubber asphalt binder. Increasing the content of rubber powder can effectively improve its high temperature performance, but at the same time reduce its low temperature performance and elastic recovery ability. The optimum dosage should be 20 / 25, the shearing time should be above 30min to ensure that the rubber powder is fully swelled, but if the shearing time is too long, the properties of rubber asphalt will be significantly reduced, and the shearing time should be between 30~60min; Increasing sulfur content can inhibit the desulfurization reaction in rubber asphalt and improve the high temperature performance of rubber asphalt to a certain extent. The content of sulfur in rubber asphalt should be smaller than that of rubber powder, and the preparation parameters and admixture content of rubber asphalt should be optimized.
