基于RFID的盾构隧道施工运输车实时安全监控
[Abstract]:At present, subway construction in China is in a period of rapid development, subway construction will effectively alleviate the urban traffic pressure. With the scale of subway construction expanding year by year, engineering accidents also occur frequently. The research and construction of the real-time safety management system in shield tunnel construction of subway will help to improve the information level of safety management, enhance the ability of safety control in the construction process, effectively prevent and stop the occurrence of safety accidents. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt information technology to manage the safety of metro shield tunnel construction. This paper analyzes the shortage of real time safety monitoring system and method of transport vehicle in the construction of shield tunneling in China and abroad, and summarizes and analyzes the safety monitoring problems that need to be solved urgently in the construction of shield tunnel in our country. By using information technology and sensing technology, the system frame, technology and system method of real-time security monitoring of metro shield tunnel construction transport vehicle are designed, as well as the real-time monitoring and warning model, and the database and software platform are used. The construction and design of the real-time monitoring platform for metro shield tunnel transport vehicle are studied emphatically, and at the same time, the multi-level early warning rules are formulated, the sound / light alarm function is added, and the real-time monitoring and early warning of the transport vehicle is carried out. Finally, taking Wuhan Metro Line 2 as the background, the real-time security monitoring system proposed in this paper is applied on the spot, and the summary and prospect are made. This paper provides an effective management method for the managers of subway tunnel construction site, promotes the informatization development of urban rail transit in China, and plays a certain role in promoting the promotion of digital construction site. It has important engineering significance.
