荒漠戈壁地区交通标志反光膜结构选型研究

【摘要】:结合近些年陆续建设的荒漠戈壁地区公路暴露出的风沙侵蚀交通标志反光材料的问题,立足于破坏机理分析,利用室内加速模拟试验与同类区域类比的方法,对玻璃微珠与微棱镜两种结构形式反光膜的抗风蚀能力进行对比分析,结论认为:微棱镜型反光膜在风沙流运动强烈区域,适应性强,全寿命周期长。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of damage mechanism, combined with the problem of wind erosion traffic sign reflective material exposed by highway in desert Gobi area in recent years, the indoor accelerated simulation test is used to compare with the similar area. The wind erosion resistance of glass bead and micro prism reflective film is compared and analyzed. It is concluded that the micro prism reflective film has strong adaptability and long life cycle in the area of strong wind-sand movement.
