混凝土小箱梁桥加固方法研究

【摘要】:公路桥梁在国民经济、文化、技术、环境和国防方面均有着至关重要的作用,确保桥梁结构安全运营是桥梁工作者必须面对的问题。混凝土桥梁在自然环境(如洪水、大风、冻融等)和人为因素(工程质量不佳、超载等)综合作用下,结构性能会逐渐衰减,造成承载能力不足而影响桥梁的可靠性与安全性。如何确定混凝土桥梁残余承载能力,对结构工作状态进行无损检测评定,实施必要的维修与加固,是保证结构安全运营、节约经济投入的关键技术问题。针对我国公路危桥数量逐年增加,而交通量与车辆荷载不断发生变化的基本趋势,丰富和完善混凝土梁桥检测与加固技术显得非常必要。 本文针对混凝土小箱梁桥在使用过程中的病害及相应处理措施,对检测与加固方法展开研究,主要研究工作如下: (1)总结归纳了国内外混凝土桥梁检测与加固技术研究现状,指出了对混凝土小箱梁桥进行加固方法研究的必要性和迫切性; (2)深入分析了混凝土桥梁典型病害及其产生原因,介绍了混凝土桥梁的常规检测方法和典型病害的处理措施,重点介绍了荷载试验的目的、内容和试验流程,为混凝土小箱梁桥的加固方法研究奠定基础; (3)总结了国内外混凝土桥梁常用的加固方法与施工工艺,并对比分析了各自的适用范围,其中,详细论述了粘贴钢板加固法、粘贴碳纤维加固法和组合加固法的加固原理和施工流程; (4)依托某公路混凝土小箱梁桥工程实例,进行了承载能力检验和工作状态评估,为该工程加固决策和后期运营管理提供技术支持;通过粘贴钢板法、粘贴碳纤维加固法和组合加固法的加固效果、施工难度和经济效益的对比分析研究,得出适合混凝土小箱梁桥加固的最佳技术方案。
[Abstract]:Highway bridges play an important role in national economy, culture, technology, environment and national defense. Under the combined action of natural environment (such as flood, strong wind, freeze-thaw) and artificial factors (poor engineering quality, overload, etc.), the structural performance of concrete bridges will gradually decline, resulting in insufficient bearing capacity, which will affect the reliability and safety of bridges. How to determine the residual bearing capacity of concrete bridges, evaluate the working state of the structure without damage, and carry out necessary maintenance and reinforcement are the key technical problems to ensure the safe operation of the structure and save economic input. In view of the fact that the number of dangerous bridges in China is increasing year by year and the traffic volume and vehicle load are constantly changing, it is very necessary to enrich and improve the detection and reinforcement technology of concrete beam bridges. Aiming at the disease of concrete small box girder bridge in use and the corresponding treatment measures, the detection and reinforcement methods are studied in this paper. The main research work is as follows: (1) the research status of concrete bridge detection and reinforcement technology at home and abroad is summarized, and the necessity and urgency to study the reinforcement method of concrete small box girder bridge are pointed out. (2) the typical diseases of concrete bridges and their causes are deeply analyzed. The conventional detection methods and treatment measures of typical diseases of concrete bridges are introduced. The purpose, content and test flow of load test are emphatically introduced. It lays a foundation for the study of reinforcement methods of concrete small box girder bridges. (3) summarizes the common reinforcement methods and construction techniques of concrete bridges at home and abroad, and compares and analyzes the respective applicable scope, among which, The reinforcement principle and construction flow of steel plate reinforcement method, carbon fiber reinforced method and composite reinforcement method are discussed in detail. (4) A concrete small box girder bridge project based on a highway is introduced. Carrying capacity inspection and working state evaluation are carried out to provide technical support for the reinforcement decision and later operation management of the project, and the reinforcement effect of the method of bonding steel plate, carbon fiber reinforced and combined reinforcement is obtained. Based on the comparative analysis of construction difficulty and economic benefit, the best technical scheme for strengthening concrete small box girder bridge is obtained.
