高速公路施工期救援路线动态管理单元划分

【摘要】:为研究主线连通性在时间维度上的变化对高速公路施工事故救援路线选择的影响,分析影响救援路线管理单元划分的因素,提出影响主线连通性的主要控制工程选择标准及其施工进度的时间参数序列。引入时间参数,把高速公路建设项目线性实体分为周期点元、周期线元、即时点元、即时线元进行数学描述,建立以控制工程施工进度为变量的动态管理单元划分模型并基于路阻函数建立路网优化模型,实现对应急救援路网的动态管理。研究成果在重庆沿江高速公路应用表明,当时间参数分别小于14,20个月和大于36个月时,对比优化前应急救援路网,救援时间分别缩短约6,26和37 min,提高了救援效率。
[Abstract]:In order to study the influence of the change of mainline connectivity in time dimension on the choice of rescue route in expressway construction accident, the factors influencing the division of rescue route management unit are analyzed. The main criteria for controlling project selection and the time series of construction progress are presented. Introducing time parameter, the linear entity of expressway construction project is divided into periodic point element, periodic line element, instant point element and instant line element. The dynamic management unit partition model based on the control of construction progress is established and the road network optimization model is established based on the road resistance function to realize the dynamic management of the emergency rescue network. The application of the research results to the expressway along the Yangtze River in Chongqing shows that when the time parameters are less than 14, 20 months and more than 36 months, the rescue time is reduced by about 626 and 37 min, respectively, and the rescue efficiency is improved by comparing the emergency rescue network before optimization.
