基于北斗定位的车辆定位监控系统的设计

【摘要】:科技和经济的快速发展影响着人们的生活习惯和消费方式,交通、公安、消防、银行、物流等行业,迫切希望对地域广泛、移动性强、数量众多的移动车辆目标实施有效监控,紧急救援和提供多种信息服务。车辆定位监控系统集卫星定位系统、地理信息系统及计算机控制系统等高新科技应用于一体,是提高车辆安全和管理效率的有效途径。目前,因为美国的GPS在定位导航应用方面占有垄断性的市场地位,绝大多数交通运输监控系统都采用基于美国的GPS实现定位和监控。但是,GPS定位的技术与运营都被美国控制,在经济成本和信息安全等方面都会受制于人。 本文提出了基于我国自主研发和运营的北斗定位系统的车辆定位监控系统,本系统利用车载终端接收机采集定位信息,GIS表达定位信息,北斗通信卫星传递信息。在此基础上,深入研究了系统构成及原理、技术构成等,对系统的整体功能实现了模块化分解,提出了各模块的关键技术和解决办法,并结合车辆定位监控应用特点,重点设计开发了监控中心管理软件。在系统软件开发上,本文采用visual basic6.0与MapX相结合的开发方式,通过OEL(对象连接与嵌入)技术达到数据共享,前台执行VB代码实现的功能,,后台调用MapInfo管理电子地图和ACCESS数据库,并执行车辆在电子地图上的定位。 通过串口通信的仿真实验,软件模块基本能满足车辆定位监控的要求,实现部分重要功能,达到了预期的效果,验证了系统的可行性和实用性。因此,基于北斗定位系统的车辆定位监控系统对于我国定位导航产业具有实际和战略意义。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of science, technology and economy has affected people's living habits and consumption patterns, transportation, public security, fire protection, banking, logistics and other industries, eager to carry out effective monitoring of mobile vehicle targets in a wide range of areas, strong mobility and a large number of mobile vehicles. Emergency rescue and the provision of a variety of information services. Vehicle positioning and monitoring system is an effective way to improve vehicle safety and management efficiency, which integrates satellite positioning system, geographic information system and computer control system. At present, because the GPS in the United States occupies a monopoly market position in the application of positioning and navigation, most of the traffic and transportation monitoring systems use GPS based on the United States to realize positioning and monitoring. However, GPS positioning technology and operation are controlled by the United States, in terms of economic costs and information security will be controlled by others. This paper presents a vehicle positioning monitoring system based on Beidou positioning system, which is independently developed and operated in China. The system uses the vehicle terminal receiver to collect positioning information, GIS to express positioning information, and Beidou communication satellite to transmit information. On this basis, the system structure and principle, technical structure and so on are deeply studied. The modular decomposition of the whole function of the system is realized. The key technologies and solutions of each module are put forward, and the application characteristics of vehicle positioning and monitoring are combined. Key design and development of monitoring center management software. In the development of system software, this paper adopts the way of combining visual basic6.0 and MapX, achieves the function of data sharing through OEL (object connection and embedding) technology, and implements the function of VB code in the foreground. Background call MapInfo to manage the electronic map and ACCESS database, and carry out the location of the vehicle on the electronic map. Through the simulation experiment of serial communication, the software module can basically meet the requirements of vehicle positioning and monitoring, realize some important functions, achieve the desired results, and verify the feasibility and practicability of the system. Therefore, the vehicle positioning monitoring system based on Beidou positioning system has practical and strategic significance for China's positioning and navigation industry.
