T梁预应力钢丝绳反向张拉-聚合物砂浆加固设计

【摘要】：预应力钢丝绳-聚合物砂浆加固法是一种新型的混凝土结构加固技术,其原理是在梁底采用预应力钢丝绳施加预应力,并采用聚合物砂浆对钢丝绳进行包裹。由于该加固技术在湖南属于首例,在技术方案及施工工艺方面有待优化改善。本文结合现场实际情况,对预应力钢丝绳-聚合物砂浆加固技术进行了完善,对施工工艺提出详细的要求。
[Abstract]:The method of prestressed wire rope and polymer mortar reinforcement is a new type of concrete structure strengthening technology. The principle is to apply prestress to the bottom of the beam with prestressed wire rope and wrap the wire rope with polymer mortar. As the reinforcement technology is the first in Hunan province, the technical scheme and construction technology need to be optimized and improved. In this paper, the reinforcement technology of prestressed steel wire rope and polymer mortar is improved in combination with the actual situation on the spot, and the detailed requirements for the construction technology are put forward.
