烟台港集团港口物流发展战略研究
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the process of economic globalization, port logistics plays an important role in the process of economic development: providing value-added services and realizing the function of modern logistics center in economic exchanges has a certain strategic position. The development of modern logistics has increasingly become the inevitable choice for the economic development of port cities. In order to comply with the needs of the time-consuming Arca, the development of economic globalization, and the coming, modern ports need to be constantly happy, improve their logistics functions, and constantly expand their logistics functions. The flow function consummation strategy, and the development strategy is very necessary. From the point of view of the sustainable development of the port logistics of Yantai Port, this paper makes a deep research and discussion on the internal conditions, external environment, logistics throughput and development strategy of the port logistics of Yantai Port. Firstly, the basic elements, functions and development trend of port logistics are summarized with the relevant theories of port logistics. At the same time, the basic conditions of Yantai Port Group and the status and function of developing port logistics are analyzed. Secondly, it analyzes the competition environment of Yantai Port Group Co., Ltd., the external macro environment, the domestic and foreign shipping industry environment and the competition situation of the surrounding ports. Yantai port talents, materials and equipment, location characteristics and other internal strength; With the help of SWOT model analysis, the port logistics development of Yantai Port Group, external opportunity, external threat, competitive advantage, competitive inferiority, gain advantage-opportunity, inferiority-opportunity, advantage-threat, inferiority-threat four combination strategies; On the basis of this strategy, the corresponding strategic measures are put forward. Then, using grey theory, and grey model GM (1. 1), to predict the throughput of Yantai Port Group cargo, and based on the previous actual data, using a simple and easy to understand linear model, To predict the throughput of containers in Yantai Port Group. Finally, according to the premise of the prosperity and development of the major economic circles throughout the country, such as the Bohai Rim Economic Circle, the Yangtze River Delta Economic Circle, and the fierce competition and development of the world's ports, The overall strategic goal of Yantai port development is put forward, and then the strategic emphasis of Yantai port development and the analysis and prediction of strategic measures are explained. Thus provides the strategic basis for the steady development of Yantai Hong Kong Group.
